Free speech rights at Dartmouth
« on: May 18, 2005, 08:41:39 am »

Two additional free-speech campaigners have been elected to Dartmouth's Board of Trustees, on the heels of a write-in victory for a free-speech candidate. One of the newly elected trustees is George Mason law professor Todd Zywicki, whom I've met and who is a libertarian.

"Educate your children, educate yourselves, in the love for the freedom of others, for only in this way will your own freedom not be a gratuitous gift from fate. You will be aware of its worth and will have the courage to defend it." --Joaquim Nabuco (1883), Abolitionism
