... because I believe these are the States that will attract enough FSPers and have the best chance of achieving a true Free State out West.

I will not opt out of any state but New Hampshire because the emotional pleas, ignorance, denials the many HUGE negatives, misleading statements, utter contempt for western states, bad attitude, of all the New Hampshire supporters have shown me it's the worst state that can be chosen for the FSP.  In fact there are other states that aren't in the 10 to be chosen that are better than New Hampshire so it isn't even the 10th best state.
