EXTRA CAMPSITE
« on: November 29, 2004, 05:24:58 pm »

I reserved my tentsite at Roger's today, kinda late, I'll probably end up in the boonies!
I also reserved an extra site for the nights of July 28-29 and 30 for indigent Porcs which I will cover.
If anyone thinks we will need a second, they can reserve it, they aren't half price this year!

You think it's kinda late for reserving a campsite already?

Yikes, I better get my butt in gear and decide if I can handle camping for a week or if I need to do something else. I'm going to work on better waterproofing my tent, but it's always been a leaker so I cringe at the idea of spending a week being wet.

I got a response from Rogers and it looks like there are still sites close to the Red Cabin.
Aren't you getting the red Cabin deal this year,  Dawn?

Y'all,

Just FYI, I reserved something like 60 campsites (I don't recall the exact number off the top of my head) for the FSP.  If you mention you're with us, they should be giving you those sites.  If they don't seem to know about that, please let me know so I can straighten it out.

Also, though the sites aren't 1/2 off, there *is* a deal.  The deal is buy 5 campsite nights, get 2 free.  So if you're coming for a whole week, you only pay 5 nights.

And if anyone tries to make motel reservations and they're full, that's an error, too.  I reserved the *whole* motel for us.

According to Rogers, reservations require a $50.00  payment for each campsite.

Will the FSP be liable for the cost of these if they are not all filled?
