This is an editorial from the Portmouth Herald. One quote I love: "Despite the fact that there’s no reason on earth that a sportsman or other law-abiding citizen would need more than 10 rounds in a clip - or a silencer, for that matter..."

Surely the editor doesn't mean to take 10+ clips away from the police or military -- or maybe he thinks they aren't law-abiding citizens. How about hearing protection as a reason for a silencer. Please, someone from NH write an LTE on this.
