Ah, I understand.  Well, I hope that works out for you.  I think it's a good idea, I just don't have the skills or knowledge to represent the cause adequately in a debate with hardcore opposition.
I've found a way to be an activist, though.  So I guess I'll go work on that.

No skills required, actually.  All you really need to do is think up a liberty-oriented signature file and write "i agree with that guy" every so often.   ;D

The libertarian presidential candidates in 2000 often joked about that.  One of the guys was like "that's the problem with our party's debates, after the first candidate answers a question it's usually followed by a bunch of 'what he said's".
