South Dakota Jury Nullification Fails
« on: November 06, 2002, 11:30:09 am »

Bad news for South Dakota, as the jury nullification constitutional amendment failed by a measure of 77 to 23 percent.     :(

I wouldn't take this result as a sign that the FSP should view South Dakota any less favorably than before.  23% of the voters who are unhappy enough with over-intrusive laws to support this measure might be a good base to start with.
