Does anyone have any knowledge of what health care is like in Canada or other places with "socialized" medicine?

I know that if you break your arm, you half to wait for weeks before you get treated sometimes in Cannada.

I know that if you need a hip replacement you half to wait a couple years before it happens. If people can afford it that just say screw it and come to the US and pay twice for their health care (Once through Canadian Taxes, and once to US businesses)

Here's an interesting article on Socialised medicine about Sweden.

Thanks! This link is a devastating critique of socialized medicine. The data speaks for itself...

Go to yahoo groups.com, search for the libertarian alliance, A Uk libertarian group, ask them about their National Health Service.
