Martial Arts in the Free State
« on: March 17, 2004, 12:05:57 pm »

I will be looking for a new place to train in the free state.  Currently I work out at USA Stars with Pat Burris.  I study Judo and Ju-Jitsu mostly but also work some strikes in for good measure.
I know I will probably not find a Judo club on the same level in NH but after getting tossed around by olympians for a few months the quality of instruction at a gym is more important to me than it used to be.

Where are the best gyms in NH?  How much can I expect to pay to work out 4-5 days a week?  I'm interested in Judo first followed by Ju-JItsu and mixed martial arts.

I'm not personally involved in martial arts, although I am interested in aikido, but I did find these web links for you:

http://www.judoinfo.com/clubsusa.htm#nh

if there is a particular area you are looking at, let me know and I can look through the phone book, or maybe ask some friends of mine :-)
