You can get the 12ft by 20ft with steel reinforced door and thermopane windows for about $5,500.

Delivered to New Hampshire will cost about $500 depending on the specific area.

Total of $6-$6.5k isn't too shabby if you're looking to start cheap and don't want to waste money on rent too long.
