Good source for NH vacant land and average building costs
« on: October 01, 2003, 12:44:19 pm »

Does anyone know a good online source for locating vacant land in NH?

Also does anyone know a good online source for average per square foot building costs in various parts of NH?

I could probably find this with some searching on google, but I bet some folks here already know...

NNEREN seems helpful.

Lots of small (<20 acre) residential lots available for <$15k.

Let's hope a fellow porcupine is now the proud owner of 272 acres in Cheshire county because otherwise it was a lost opportunity at $552 an acre of strategic property.  :-\
