First of all: there are many, far more dangerous things to worry about.
However, we need to stop mixing apples and oranges, and bananas.
The dangers of RF are in 2 categories: Damage that heals after exposure, and damage that accumulates over time with exposure. (A third type is instant irreparable damage or death)
5G is barely viable at this point, and only working in a few markets; and currently in one frequency band. The band in use, was TV until recently. Stations transmit at power levels effectively as high as a million watts. Cell sites aren't even in the same ballpark. They are using existing sites and upgrading equipment. If that RF spectrum was dangerous, we'd have evidence near TV towers. Myself and thousands of others, go to those sites several times weekly, without symptoms.
The other bands being utilized are much higher frequency, and implementation has all but failed, so far. It can't penetrate walls and bounces off some materials causing major interference issues. The solution is to use much lower power and put nodes on every pole and corner of every building. That, isn't going well.
It is also apparent, that the FCC wants to free up C-band satellite spectrum. (to sell) Yes, at
high power levels, some of that is nasty and can instantly cook eyes and testicles.
