hi all !! sorry for re-posting as new topic, but last similar topic was in 2009 ..

i am independent tech consultant with an S-CORP (company of 1), and want to "move" it (any my family) to NH .. can anyone recommend a good accountant/CPA that can guide me thru the process and make related recommendations ?? i would prefer someone associated with the FSP -- or at least aware of it -- so they understand my mindset ..

looking for full service "firm", one that can guide me thru the setup process, do the monthly quickbooks, payroll, and of course end of year taxes ..
