Wyoming does not exist!
« on: August 11, 2003, 02:29:57 pm »

I've learned something rather stunning today:

Wyoming does not exist!  It is apparently a government conspiracy.  People all over the internet have begun to uncover the truth!

Here's the evidence:

Well, if WY doesn't exist, then we'll just create it from scratch. In many ways it is much easier than picking an existing state.

Who will be easier to outvote?

NH's 1.275 million residents? or
A new WY's non-existent residents?

Where will we have to repeal more intrusive laws?

NH, with tens of thousands of lines of existing statutes? or
A new WY's non-existent statutes?

In short, Wyoming provides us with a clean slate. WY is the only state that provides us this opportunity!

A new Wyoming, the only rational choice.

Well, I guess the FSP only has 9 states to look at now.  :D

Makes sense that Wyoming doesn't exist, 'cause really....who's ever been to Wyoming? Yeah, yeah I know FreedomRoad supposably been to Wyoming, but come one.....like yeah right.  ???

But the Wyoming Conspiracy has been so thorough that the feds won't be able to deny its existence when we create our own Wyoming.

What are they going to say? "No, wait, there can't be a Wyoming!"

In fact, I think I'll run for Governor of Wyoming. If I get there first, I can elect myself! Then we can count the Governor of Wyoming as a member of the FSP!

Vote new Wyoming! [Where the activists outnumber the residents 20,000 to 0.] It's the inevitable choice.

Well the link was broken but as I recall, from the great Jim Davis author of Garfield, Garfield once said that the word Wyoming comes from and old Indian phrase meaning "no state here"

Devil's Tower (prominent in "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" as the alien landing site) is in Wyoming. Coincidence? I think NOT. Maybe Roswell was just some "commuter jet" from Wyoming. Chew on THAT for awhile (aliens among us....they should be good FSP'ers if they ain't like the aliens in "Mars Attacks!")

I was going to let you know that I was in Wyoming in 1987, but then I realised that the whole time I was on the road I saw nothing but  road,. I don't remember seeing any civilisation to speak of. It was nearly as uneventful as driving across New Mexico! ;) *

It is now obvious to me that the highway must have skirted around the area we are supposed to think is Wyoming. I didn't see Yogi bear. I didn't see any big national parks. The next thing I knew I was in Idaho! I can vouch that Idaho exists, having seen people and at least one town.

Strangely, there was a guy travelling with us who alleged he was from Casper, Wyoming. He did talk kind of funny. Maybe he was an alien? ;)

* Okay, I admit that I remember seeing natural scenery like in the western movies, but maybe it was a backdrop from a John Wayne movie?!
