I believe trucking is the sort of industry that there's a need for everywhere. In NH, agriculture is not big, but dairy, apples, and maple syrup are important industries. The southern part of NH will feature higher house prices than what you're used to from SD, as you've probably discovered already. I know some people in the grocery wholesale biz in the western part of the state.
