Ok I have the answer. Thank you EMOR!
http://www.wyomingnetwork.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=303Well, I see I did not know about west anything.
Prospect interesting. 20K Porcupines coming to fight collectivism will be meet with the guns and will be asked to leave. Wonderful freedom loving people of WY see the way of securing their freedom as sitting in their 2K acres backyards in the bunker with the anti aircraft guns. Very successful strategy of freedom fighting.
I met some group of people in NH, who do not believe in political action. They do not believe in voting or taking public offices. Steel they had kicked mer of Nashua out of office and were they more open to take the office the change would be permanent. Since they believed differently, the kicked out mer was reelected back. Yes, right. The way to protect freedoms in inaction.
FSP has great future success in WY. Right after porcupines will be accepted by the locals, which will not take long –maybe 20 years. Than we will be able to do something in the life time. Hope the Patriot Act II will not be constituted by that time, because if it would be, by the whim of a bureaucrat we will be picked up one by one and nobody will ever know what happened to us.
I asked in another forum why WYOLP.org is not giving any information about FSP. Not even link to freestateproject.org. Now I know. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED. For them it is GARBAGE.
Screw them. Of course I will move to WY if chosen and I will work with my neighbors. I know how to talk to hard noses, and I know what kind of anti aircraft gun on my backyard could impress wonderful neighbors in there. Just hope it (the gun) will not be banned by the time.
What is more important to me (than total horses-asshole-ness of WY wonderful people), is that “westerners†do not see anything wrong with the picture. Assuming there will be 50% of porcupines of “western†denomination, we could count only for 10K members ready for action. If my suspicion is correct FSP will have the problem.
I agree with the description of those of east as “Revolutionists†vs. those of the west as “rugged individualistsâ€.
But I do not see how rugged-individualism will oppose socialist and collectivists. It takes the pack to fight the pack. It takes politicks to fight politicks and it takes the rifle to fight the rifle.
It seams to me the west has different opinion on fighting: “It takes the rifle in the backyard bunker to fight anything.†Well maybe it is good strategy to fight the grisly bear, but nothing particular else.
