Sponsor: - http://ShireSociety.com - A frequent and previously accurate New Hampshirite
has been calling "Porcupine 411" lately with cop news.
His most eyebrow-raising message, from Nov. 4, says
his 5-year-old nephew has been thrown in a
Manchester PD paddy wagon, charged with
assaulting a cop!  Would cuffs even fit his tiny hands?
In protest of the wiretapping law and the Mueller
prosecution, I do not call cops to get their versions
of events.

Stand by however for more of what I *do* know....

The Porcupine 411 call appears at

http://nh.porcupine411.com/2012/11/03/audio-message-from-recovery-s-8572516830-6/

I can't remember the caller's name, and it's muffled sort of during the call.  But he's the one that called a few times in October to let us know about an MPD officer who had gotten into trouble with the law.  Does anyone else know more, and what do you know?   What is the procedure; what generally happens to a 5-year-old arrested for something in New Hampshire, or has that even happened before?

That's not a very nice thing to do, to get some gullible idiot (in this case me) concerned about a 5 year old boy that the gang is going to wreck his life that early... or anyone for that matter.  Sounded real to me, though hard to believe, with the way cops are now, totally believable.

Ugh, government...

I understand that at least one activist responded quickly to the call and was ready to appear at MPD hq with a camera shortly after it posted.  However I also understand there was a problem with 411 that night, and thus the message posted hours after the call was made.

The police cannot charge a 5 year old as a juvenile delinquent...  so technically you cannot call it an "arrest."
