Boston T. Party at ForcFest 2012
« on: May 03, 2012, 08:47:23 pm »

Howdy All,

I've wanted for years to make one of these, but usually had my
own gig going on the same weekend, or was in Africa hunting.

This year, neither -- I'm free, and keen to come out!
It's time that I took a break, as the revised/expanded Hologram of Liberty
is now at print, with a mid-June release (including Kindle).

Also, Porcers are welcome at our 6th Annual FSW Jamboree, 29 June - 1 July 2012:
http://www.fundamentalsoffreedom.com/fswforum/index.php?topic=12487

I'm very excited to visit you all again in N.H., and experience the PorcFest for the first time.
Perhaps I'll host a handgun clinic while I'm there.  Find me and say hello!

For Liberty,
Boston T. Party

Wow. I am very much looking forward to meeting you, Kenneth. Your books have had a big influence on me, most importantly Hologram and Molon Labe.

Porcfest is well worth the trip.

Porcsmouth, thanks for that.
An author generally doesn't know, unless he's so informed.
Otherwise, he writes in the dark.

Fishercat, I appreciate it, and will see you in June.

Heard from the man at Liberty Books that F. Paul Wilson may be there.  Bring lots of books, I'm building a library and yours shall be in it.

awsmpete, thanks, and I'll have books there (some stock from Liberty Books
and the rest I'll bring up).

The newly revised Hologram of Liberty with 100 new pages is out:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1888766131

. . . and you can get one of the first copies at PorcFest.  (I'll have only 28 copies on hand.)

I won't have a quadzillion copies of anything, so please hit me up ASAP there
if you want any BTP titles.

___
I give a talk:

Friday at 10 am, Boston T. Party presents:   The Tectonic 10th Amendment Battle of the States vs. the Feds
http://happyporcupine.info/boston-t-party-will-speak-friday-at-porcfest/

Quote
We libertarians all desire a profound reduction in the level of federal regulation and taxation, and part of that answer may ironically be found in the recent resistance to the USG by the various 50 States. Boston T. Party will describe how this phenomenon may be our only imminent practical solution to restoring a laissez-faire Republic!

Then, I am on a (what are the odds?) Resistance panel that afternoon at 4PM.

Finally, I am helping out with some gun clinics during the week.

The 2012 Jam will be four days of camping, shooting & BBQ with
inside bathrooms, hot showers and a full kitchen.  There will be a
swap-meet, raffle (Please see separate thread for raffle items) and
la 1-day handgun course on Saturday given by Boston:

My first PorcFest oughta be a hoot!
Very keen to see you all there,

Boston

P.S.  Also for sale is my second (and last) copy of:

Quote
1957 1st Edition Atlas Shrugged

Only 5,000 copies were printed initially. Most still surviving today
have lost their dust jackets, but such is not the case with this Good
Condition copy. Ayn Rand originally dedicated Atlas Shrugged to
Frank O’Connor and Nathaniel Branden. This copy was signed to me
by Dr. Branden during our Phoenix Freedom Summit:

"To Boston -- Warmly -- Nathaniel Branden "

I later learned that he almost never signs books at all.
A rare inscribed copy of the most influential book of the 20th Century.

It's Monday afternoon, and it's great to be here at PorcFest.
Very impressive countryside and campground!
Had an excellent egg/bacon breakfast from George.

I'll have books at Agora Valley next to the Reg. tent,
or you can often find me in the Media lounge or VIP tent.

Come see me and say hello!

Thanks, Greenhorn.

My books and I are at #26 in Agora Valley, with Tracy Ward's table.
Some titles are running low, so come on over.

I give my talk on Friday at 10AM, and am later on Bill Buppert's panel at 4PM.

See you there!

I had a fine time, folks, and thanks to everyone involved who hosted me,
especially Sharon and Jarrod the VIP Tent Bartender.

Glad to see old and new friends there!

I'll post some URLs soon on my talks and interviews.

Regards,

In an earlier post I just corrected the Amazon link to the 2012 edition of Hologram of Liberty

It is:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1888766131

Sorry for any mistaken orders with the older version (which they still offer, until I run out soon)
