More information on the New Hampshire Advantage.

Out of state consumers come to NH and buy stuff.  Some of the stuff has excise taxes built into the price.  All of the stuff has corporate income and property taxes built into the price.  The sellers are located in NH and the majority of the employees are NH residents.

Over 2000 sellers in NH.  Close to 40% of all sales to out of state consumers.  For price sensitive items like alcohol and tobacco it averages at least 50% and if you get closer to the border, even higher than that.

The New Hampshire Grocers industry will put sign on the door of more than 1000 sellers in NH.  The sign includes a unique QR Code which directs out of state consumers to a website explaining the benefits of buying as much in NH as possible.
