Good News!
* Most of the previous page that I just posted has the usual bad news, but there is some good news, which I already reported on the OK thread.
* Former Sheriff Richard Mack of Arizona is teaching Sheriffs across the country to uphold the Constitution and stand up against corruption and abuse by the Fed Govt and local govts. He's holding the first convention for about 200 sheriffs in Las Vegas about Jan. 30. I plan to [and now did] send a contribution.
* Details are at http://forum.freestateproject.org/index.php?topic=24272.msg272221#msg272221

More Bad News, But the Good News is We Can Change Bad News to Good

Government Wants 9 Year Old Boys To Get HPV Vaccine
Drug dealing is illegal unless you work for Big Pharma or the government. Health Freedoms has relayed numerous articles to our readers about the dangers of the  Gardasil HPV drug for young girls. Enough parents have heeded the warning to cause the vaccine's sales to slow but now Big Pharma and our crony capitalist government [I guess that's a Liberal speaking - Luck] have found new victims, nine year old boys. Have they no shame!

New Mental Health ‘Bible’ Will Lead To Almost Everyone Having A [Supposed] Disorder
An updated edition of a mental health bible for doctors could mean that soon no-one will be classed as normal, experts warned today. Diagnoses for 'disorders’ could be based on symptoms including toddler tantrums, mild mood swings and binge eating.

Children May Be Vaccinated With Anthrax
The Obama administration is considering whether scientists should inject healthy children with the anthrax vaccine to see if it would protect them from a bioterrorism attack. A working group of federal advisers endorsed testing last month and the National Biodefense Science Board (NBSB) will meet on Friday to vote on its recommendation.

Elderly patients condemned to early death by secret use of do not resuscitate orders
With the government taking a bigger role in our nation’s healthcare it is more important th[a]n ever to keep a watchful eye on them. We have to pay attention not only to the regulations that they put down in writing but also their unspoken methodology. Elderly patients are being condemned to an early death by hospitals making secret use of “do not resuscitate” orders, an investigation has found.

ATTENTION: RON PAUL ET AL

Audit of the IRS - 1999 & 2010
FROM: Walter Burien
Tuesday, November 22, 2011 7:36 AM
CAFR1 NATIONAL POST

For those that have an interest, the following is the GAO (Government Accounting Office) 2010 audit of the IRS. The collection agency assigned by Congress to collect federal tax:
http://CAFR1.com/STATES/FEDERAL-GAO-AUDIT-OF-IRS/FED-GAO-AUDIT-OF-IRS-FINANCIAL-STATEMENTS-2010.pdf

The US Government started auditing the "Private" Collection agency of the IRS in 1992. Federal Government Agencies were audited from their inception. The audit of the "Private" IRS began long after it was contracted out as a collection agency contracted by Congress.

The IRS puts out two sets of Annual Financial Reports. One for their collection obligations under contract with the US Congress (The Audit noted above) and their internal AFR showing their corporate structure and corporate identity (that one they keep under lock and key)

You will note that every guideline that the IRS is supposed to follow is: "Recommended" or "Suggested" for voluntary compliance by the IRS establishing its status as a NGO (Non Government Organization).

For actual Federal Government agencies the US Government "tells; instructs; requires; or mandates" what to do by US Code.

For additional reference here is the 1999 GAO audit of the IRS:
http://CAFR1.com/STATES/FEDERAL-GAO-AUDIT-OF-IRS/FED-GAO-AUDIT-OF-IRS-FINANCIAL-STATEMENTS1999.pdf

So, if you have a problem with the IRS, don't fight the IRS, go after the "first line responsible party" the one who employes that private collection agency of the IRS under contract, the US Congress. If you do so, don't forget to motion for discovery to be provided in your case with the IRS's "Corporate" Annual Financial Report, you know, that one they keep under lock and key.

One of the first rules of a civil action is "clear" and truthful disclosure of who the {o}pposing party to that civil action is. False, or attempts for false representation on that point would in true light invalidate on its face any civil action by established law.

Conjointly, federal or local courts in light of the above would have a tad bit of a conflict of interest out of financial self-interest enforcing collection activities of a private collection agency in which in part they were the beneficiary. (The Fox taking out a civil court action against the rancher to eat a certain percentage of the rancher's chickens, with the case being decided by the Fox's family back in the Fox den)

Sent FYI from,

The Union Leader: Right to Record [Cops] - FSP News - November 15, 2011
Read the rest of this blog post on http://FreeStateBlogs.net - http://freestateblogs.net/node/12930
Republicans, Democrats, police, prosecutors and judges in New Hampshire, please pay attention to this ruling and how strongly the Union Leader came out in favor of freedom on the issue of recording public officials. Please check the comments on the 1st editorial to see how the people of NH feel on this issue. Just be clear, when this blog was posted, not a single comment suggested that the Weare police were correct and the judge was wrong on this issue. However, over a dozen people commented in favor of the ruling.

Government Forced to Admit No One Has Died From Raw Milk - November 22, 2011
Click here for more information >>> http://healthfreedoms.org/2011/11/17/government-forced-to-admit-no-one-has-died-from-raw-milk/
The CDC has admitted that those it said died from raw milk over the last ten years did not die from raw milk. So is raw milk safe? Well that depends. It's safe to drink but if you produce or distribute it the government may show up with weapons drawn and eventually someone will get shot and die.

http://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/Subways-Overnight-Shutdown-Trains-MTA-133825548.html
MTA says plan will save more than $1 million - The MTA revealed Monday that it plans to shut down entire sections of subway lines overnight for several different periods to complete track work and maintenance, rather than do the repairs in pieces on weekends. Transit officials plan to pilot the unprecedented program on the Lexington Avenue line between Grand Central Terminal and Atlantic Avenue starting Jan. 9 by shutting down parts of the 4, 5 and 6 trains between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. for several days in a row.

Zuccotti Park protester arrested for making terroristic threats - 16 Nov 2011
http://articles.nydailynews.com/2011-11-16/news/30407885_1_protester-fire-bomb-terror-threat
After the rant, officers from NYPD's intelligence division immediately began working on trying to identify man. A protester was arrested in Zuccotti Park Wednesday after he threatened to fire-bomb the city - and his rant went viral on YouTube, police said. Nkrumah Tinsley, 29, was arrested after cops saw a video of him claiming he would torch the city during Thursday's mass protest posted online, police said. Cops later identified Tinsley at Zuccotti Park Wednesday and collared him about 5 p.m., police said. He was charged with making terroristic threats.

Justice Dept: Homeland Security Advised Raids On Occupy Wall Street Camps - 16 Nov 2011
http://gothamist.com/2011/11/16/justice_dept_official_raids_of_occu.php
According to Rick Ellis at the Examiner, a Justice Department official says that the recent evictions of Occupy movement across the country including Salt Lake City, Denver, Portland, Oakland, and New York City were "coordinated with help from Homeland Security, the FBI and other federal police agencies." Ellis reports that his source says though the decision to evict protesters ultimately rested with each individual jurisdiction, the local police departments "had received tactical and planning advice from national agencies" from the feds. Oakland's mayor Jean Quan told the BBC yesterday that she had participated in a conference call with the leaders of 18 other cities to discuss (the Occupy protest situation).

Reporters Say Police Denied Access to Protest Site - 15 Nov 2011
http://mediadecoder.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/11/15/reporters-say-police-denied-access-to-protest-site/
As New York City police cleared the Occupy Wall Street campsite in Zuccotti Park early Tuesday morning, many journalists were blocked from observing and interviewing protesters. Some called it a "media blackout" and said in interviews that they believed that the police efforts were a deliberate attempt to tamp down coverage of the operation. Obama tells Asia U.S. [is] 'here to stay' as Pacific power - 16 Nov 2011
http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/11/17/us-obama-asia-idUSTRE7AF32X20111117
President Barack Obama announced on Thursday that the U.S. military would expand its role in the Asia-Pacific region, despite budget cuts, declaring America was "here to stay" as a Pacific power which would help shape the region's future. The U.S. military, turning its focus away from Iraq and Afghanistan, would be more broadly distributed in Asia, particularly Southeast Asia, more flexible and help build regional capacity, Obama told the Australian parliament.

Obama: US to boost Asia-Pacific military presence --U.S. to send 2,500 Marines to Australia - 17 Nov 2011
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45318987/ns/politics-white_house/
Signaling a determination to counter a rising China, President Barack Obama vowed Thursday to expand U.S. influence in the Asia-Pacific region and "project power and deter threats to peace" in that part of the world. "The United States is a Pacific power, and we are here to stay," he declared in a speech to the Australian Parliament, sending an unmistakable message to Beijing. Obama's bullish speech came several hours after announcing he would send military aircraft and up to 2,500 Marines to northern Australia for a training hub to help allies and protect American corpora-terrorists' interests across Asia.

U.S. Troops to Stay in Iraq as Trainers, Top Officer Says - 16 Nov 2011
http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/16/world/middleeast/some-troops-to-stay-in-iraq-as-trainers.html?_r=1
Some United States forces will remain as military trainers on 10 bases in Iraq even after an end-of-year deadline for all American troops to be out of the country, Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told a Senate committee on Tuesday. The forces will provide training in counterterrorism to Iraqis and also instruction in operating American-made tanks and F-16 fighter jets, General Dempsey said. Overall, there will be about 16,000 American Embassy personnel in Iraq, including a large number of civilian contractors as security guards.

Fake terror plots, paid informants: the tactics of FBI 'entrapment' questioned - 16 Nov 2011
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/nov/16/fbi-entrapment-fake-terror-plots
Critics say bureau is running a sting operation across America, targeting vulnerable people by luring them into fake terror plots. Even more shocking was that the organisation, money, weapons and motivation for this plot did not come from real Islamic terrorists. It came from the FBI, and an informant paid to pose as a terrorist mastermind paying big bucks for help in carrying out an attack... Critics say the FBI is running a sting operation across America, targeting – to a large extent – the Muslim community by luring people into fake terror plots.

When Governments Go Rogue
http://www.alt-market.com/articles/369-when-governments-go-rogue

There are those today who would claim that the lifeblood of a nation is dependent upon the graces of its government.  That government is the focal point of cultural growth, and that we as citizens should respect it as such.  I would be more inclined to agree if the public did not so easily confuse the ideals of leadership with the actions of criminals.  That is to say, regardless of what we wish our government to be, bureaucracies rarely, if ever, embody the spirit of the common man (a necessity for any system that purports to defend the citizenry).  Instead, bureaucracies almost inevitably deteriorate into vehicles for the perpetuation of tyranny driven by the very worst of all stewards; elitist minorities with delusions of godhood.

Unfortunately, despite this fact, the masses often treat these industrious vermin and the plagues of society that they build with the same reverence as they would a sincere and honorable body politic.

Government is not nor has it ever been a foregone conclusion.  Government is not concrete.  It is not tangible.  It is not the foundation of society.  Instead, government is an abstraction; a fantastic dream of collectivist paternity in the face of individual hardship.  Those who fear to wander the world on their own courage, strength, and merit, seek to elevate and empower "decision makers" to provide the comfort of limited liability.

Through this process, governments are created out of thin air.  All governmental authority is, thus, HANDED to those in positions of leadership.  What makes one man a "king" and another man a "peasant"?  Only the people of a country, and where they choose to place their personal control; in their own hands, or the hands of others.

To put it simply, there is no power over us but that which we give away, and no freedom lost, that cannot be regained.

Until this reality is understood, consecutive generations of human beings will be left to wonder astonished at the endless atrocities of governments they thought they could trust.  The truth is, no government, no matter how seemingly noble, deserves our full faith.  All governments must be treated like storehouses of aging dynamite; with extreme vigilance, care, and suspicion, because, it is in the very nature of centralized power to sink towards destabilization and disaster.

The American dynamic was meant to be different.  For the first time in history, a group of people organized an administrative body which was predicated upon the will of the general populace and not the will of the incorporated elite.  The Constitution was the first legal document designed to LIMIT the power of government, not endlessly exonerate it.  Though many in our modern age have become completely ignorant of its original intent, the Constitution and its written protections allowed for the first decentralized government of the Western world, if not the entire world.  A government which was specifically tasked with shielding the rights of the individual beyond the desires of the mindless "majority", or the normally influential aristocracy.

* This is from Dec. 9th CAFR1.com.
CHINA AND GAS PRICES

You can not compare GDP with imports. The service industry accounts for a very large portion of GDP and US consumer goods and customer service made or provided in the US have strong underpins of made elsewhere parts or forwarding to personnel providing the customer service located elsewhere . The only thing to compare imports with are exports and the US has been running a severe trade deficit for over the last decade. So what percentage is China imports compared with US exports in the same categories?

Per debt held by China, it is e-relevant compared to the market capitalization owned in China by US Interests. US Government global funds sank in about two-trillion into China back in 1999 - 2000. With the boom over the last ten years in China, and trade imports into the US (everything in Walmart / K-Mark having made in China on the bottom) that growth on the two-trillion now has a market capitalization as of 2010 of somewhere between twelve and fourteen-trillion dollars in value. China reciprocates and is forced to hold US Debt so that they have available to them transfer equity held in US dollars in the event a substantial portion of that market capitalization is pulled from China. People parrot their soundbite conditioning of: "China has 1.5 trillion dollars in reserves. If they dumped them they would collapse the dollar." Those parrots are useful idiots to the syndicate to give the exact opposite impression of reality which suits the government corporate syndicate's purpose just fine. If US Interests pulled four-trillion dollars in value (now valued Yuan) and converted back into dollars, China would be a tad short, approximately two-and-a-half-trillion dollars short. The dollar would shoot through the roof as dollars were bought to finalize the conversion. Now if China for whatever reason froze and seized that US capitalization held in China, WW-III would be quickly on the horizon.

Per oil, I sent a CAFR1 post out several years ago when crude was verging on $150 a barrel noting that imported oil from the Middle East into the US is a very small percentage used in the US. The selective presentation used by him and the syndicate and not mentioned by omission is that the US EXPORTS substantially more oil than it imports [maybe he means substantially more than it uses] and also US owned oil fields outside the US primarily ship to other than the US locations. The reason for the high prices in the US are due to the fact that US interests get a substantially better price in countries like Italy, Spain, France where gas sells by the liter in many of these locations for over $2 a liter (about $8 a gallon) There was no shortage of oil in or for the US. The prices are maintained and thus the profits by exporting oil for NON-US consumption. The wars started in the Middle East were just the fronted excuse used for higher prices.

Sorry, but the US does not export more oil than it imports.
The US does not own oil fields outside the US... doesn't even own all the oil fields in the US.
And the retail price of fuel in other countries has more to do with taxation than base commodity price.

Romney to Help States Illegally Privatize Power & Leave Taxpayers with Debts
paraphrasing Walter Burien - http://CAFR1.com
01/18/12

"Private Associations" were used over the last 75-years to transition local governments from what we used to know as government into "Corporate" for profit enterprises.

Before 1995 Massachusetts changed their government status from the "State" government of Massachusetts to the "Commonwealth" of Massachusetts. Then they consolidated control and ownership of all counties in the state.

The implications here are grave specifically as would apply to the transfer and masking of public wealth. The People own government; they do not own private associations. The same would apply to wealth transferred from "State" holdings transitioned into the "Private Association" holdings of the "Commonwealth" of Massachusetts. They leave the liabilities under the "State" government shell and transfer the wealth holdings to and under the "Commonwealth" association. This was done right under the noses of the Massachusetts residents without a clue. The same is covertly taking place in NJ, PA, CT, and many other states.

When this transition took place about two decade ago, Massachusetts no longer produced a "State" government CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report). The CAFR was now produced under the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The State Court  System and Financial operations were also transitioned into and under the same "Commonwealth" structure.

Mit Romney is the Presidential pick to be promoted by the syndicate, being the prior governor of Massachusetts. He is versed on operating procedure to implement the same nationally. That will be his primary mission, if elected President, and thus the Syndicate is moving forward full steam, utilizing all of their contacts and tactics to force Mitt Romney's win as President.

I note Barack Obama as an attorney and current President is attempting to consolidate through restructuring federal government into the same transition.

For government to be "of, by and for the People" this transition needs to be stopped cold in its tracks and reversed. It is well under way and, if the roots of its structure hold, it will no longer be "of, by and for the People" but "of, by and for the Associations" under the direction of its minions of attorneys.

Congress Attacking Internet

On January 18th, 2012, from 8am to 8pm Eastern, the Oath Keepers website will go dark to protest the looming SOPA (House) and PIPA (Senate) Bills.  We are joining with many other websites across the internet who are also going dark in protest. [Maybe they've changed their minds by now in light of the news below.]

Dead On Arrival: SOPA Shelved Indefinitely, Obama Succumbs to Pressure, Issues Official Veto Threat

Mac Slavo
SHTFPlan.com
Monday, January 16, 2012

Amid significant pressure from tens of thousands of internet users and major web behemoths like Google, Facebook, and Reddit, the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) is, in its current form, Dead on Arrival:

Misguided efforts to combat online privacy have been threatening to stifle innovation, suppress free speech, and even, in some cases, undermine national security. As of yesterday, though, there’s a lot less to worry about.

The first sign that the bills’ prospects were dwindling came Friday, when SOPA sponsors agreed to drop a key provision that would have required service providers to block access to international sites accused of piracy.

The legislation ran into an even more significant problem yesterday when the White House announced its opposition to the bills. Though the administration’s chief technology officials officials acknowledged the problem of online privacy, the White House statement presented a fairly detailed critique of the measures and concluded, “We will not support legislation that reduces freedom of expression, increases cybersecurity risk or undermines the dynamic, innovative global Internet.” It added that any proposed legislation “must not tamper with the technical architecture of the Internet.”

etc.

Missouri Trying to Stand up to the Feds
Here's info about the amendment that Missouri is trying to pass:
gaveltogavel.us/site/2012/01/17/missouri-courts-may-be-prohibited-from-enforcing-federal-law-court-orders-may-be-required-to-use-only-originalist-interpretations

Here's mainly what the article says about it, and you may not like some of it:

If approved by Missouri voters, the amendment would:

Prohibit the Missouri judicial branch from recognizing, enforcing, or acting in furtherance of any federal action that exceeds the powers delegated to the federal government.
Prohibit Missouri courts from recognizing, enforcing, or acting in furtherance of any federal actions that
restrict the right to bear arms
legalize or fund abortions, or the destruction of any embryo from the zygote stage
require the sale or trade of carbon credits or impose a tax on the release of carbon emissions
        involve certain health care issues
mandate the recognition of same sex marriage or civil unions
increase the punishment for a crime based on perpetrator’s thoughts or designate a crime as a hate crime
interpret the establishment clause as creating a wall of separation between church and state
restrict the right of parents or guardians to home school or enroll their children in a private or parochial school or restrict school curriculum
Requires Missouri courts [to] interpret the U.S. Constitution based on its language and the original intent of the signers of the Constitution. Further provides amendments to the U.S. Constitution shall be interpreted based on their language and the intent of the congressional sponsor and co-sponsors of the amendment
Grants standing to Missouri citizens to sue in state court to enforce the provisions of the amendment and that enforcement of the amendment applies to federal actions taken after the amendment is approved by the voters, federal actions specified in the amendment, and any federal action, regardless of when it occurred, that the Missouri Supreme Court determines to exceed the powers enumerated and delegated to the federal government by the U.S. Constitution.
