How about Glenn Greenwald, if he's not too pricey?

Adam Smith scholar James Otteson has some good lectures up his sleeve, & I'm pretty sure he'd be interested.

John Papola is a sharp guy that presents very well. He's not an econ expert, but he'll have plenty interesting to say about his rap videos.

Joel Salatin would be great!

What about James Howard Kuntsler? He lives in Saratoga Springs, so it's an easy trip. And visiting New Hampshire as a kid inspired him to write his "Geography of Nowhere" on the plight of suburbia.

Plus I think he might benefit from meeting some real-life libertarians.

I like the idea of inviting local secessionists. I think it should be broadened (multiple speakers on the subject, from multiple 'states').

I suggest secession reps from VT, ME, Quebec, and (if you can find them) Nova Scotia and New Foundland.
Lets start a discussion on Novo Arcadia!

PS I'll help find these folks. We need to start networking with them.

Yeah!

Perhaps someone from the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies (http://www.aims.ca/en/home/default.aspx) which proposed that Northern New England and the Canadian Maritimes actually form a coherent cultural region that could exist independently. See http://www.atlantica.org/en/home/default.aspx.

Having had these links open since they were posted, I'd like to second this motion.

Tarrin Lupo would be fantastic! I seasoned agorist, activist now author, he has plenty of topics he can cover from self-publishing, to agorism and black market biz know-how, and more.  He is a member of FSP and is a vendor at Porcfest.

I second Tarrin.
Also any speaker who can make fun of Curtis. :)
Who is our best comedian? We could have someone tell the funny side of the FSP story so far. :)

A food track with Salatin at the end would be great.  Some others:

Sally Fallon, Mary Enig, Weston A. Price Foundation (http://www.westonaprice.org/)
Kristen Michaelis (http://www.foodrenegade.com/)

Perhaps:
Ronnie Cummings (Anti-Monsanto: http://www.organicconsumers.org/articles/article_22240.cfm)

It would be cool to have someone speak about raw milk.

Related:
Shannon Hayes (http://radicalhomemakers.com/lecturesworkshops/)

If a track like this makes sense I'd call Weston Price, and also ask Salatin, for recommendations to fill it out.

A panel on different diet approaches might work too.  Paleo, Low Carb, Raw, Traditional, etc.

That would be interesting. Mandrik could talk about Paleo...
