Have many people read Be Careful Who You SLAPP by Delfino and Day?

This book is fascinating for anti-fascists who want to warn other people about bullying employers.  I am pro-business.  But as an experienced professional, I know that some businesses are horribly unethical.  I see statist laws fail work as they were intended.  Therefore I think a vigilant society of Libertarians has the best chance of ending injustices at the workplace (either through a strong economy empowering employees to be picky with their employment conditions or through high-participation boycotts and intense exposure).
