Room needed in Dover area
« on: September 26, 2010, 11:19:53 pm »

After finally finding some work here in NH, I find that I need to drive 2 1/2 hours each way for it.  (I'm in Lancaster and the work is in Dover.)

I need a place to stay for at least a couple of months while I'm working on my current contract.  (I'm a computer consultant.)  I need a place to sleep for Monday through Wednesday night.  I have prior obligations on Thursday nights and I go home for the weekend.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?  (Or rent a fellow porc some couch space/a basement corner...)

I see that you posted your query over on There are two PorcManors on the seacoast but both a little far from Dover (in Milton and Seabrook), but it is still a lot closer than Lancaster. They both have vacancies too.

Sorry I don't know what other sources to recommend you look up, other than trying to just find local classified ads.

I'm interested in finding out what develops here because I am thinking about living in Rochester when I move to NH in about a year.
