Room for rent, Manchester NH
« on: July 25, 2010, 11:46:07 am »

$525/mo plus half of utilities

Large bedroom with two closets - feel free to come out of both of them!
The apartment is a large, recently-renovated two-bedroom on the 2nd floor with a gas stove, use of washer and dryer*, and a shared storage room or office/common area.
I am female, professional, and a nonsmoker. Also, I am quiet, laid-back and tidy, and very respectful of personal space. I might make you dinner sometimes, if you like.
I do not care whether you are male or female as long as there is only one of you. I don't mind if you are a smoker provided you smoke outside.
Please, no pets except for friendly plants.
Close to downtown Manchester, about a block away from a really awesome taquería.

*that means no annoying trips to the laundromat, for those of you playing the home game!

Corner of Auburn and Beech Street - call (603) 513-0290

I can attest to Carolyn being a nice, professional person.  The location of this home is good, and the building is definitely liberty-friendly.
If I hear of anyone looking, I'll send him/her your way.  Good luck, hope you find somebody great.

As can I, being one of the tenants in another apartment in the building.

The location of this home is good, and the building is definitely liberty-friendly.

5 blocks from Taproom, 3 blocks from a grocery store. The other apartments in the building are currently rented to free staters.
