South Dakota conference
« on: May 29, 2003, 10:40:35 am »

Advocates of South Dakota for the FSP are organizing a Labor Day weekend conference in Pierre (the minuscule capital city).  This website has the basic info but will be updated as things progress:

This is very interesting news.  I was thinking of driving to WY and SD for 10 days in July.  I would go to this event but I'll be in school by then.  However, maybe I will be able to meeting with someone from the FSP while in SD.  I will likely drive from Rapid City to Sioux Falls, on my way back to Memphis.

I do hope that the Labor Day weekend South Dakota Free State Project Conference goes well.  It is too bad that I had/ will have to miss the WY, MT, NH, and SD Conferences.  I guess that happens when you have a couple of jobs and go to college.

When I get final dates for my travel plans I'll post them here and try to contact FSP member in MO, CO, WY, and SD to see if anyone wants to meet up.

This city is also the Mecca for the varmint hunters (and wannabes) among FSPers:
