"CONCORD – The state's top tax official has scheduled three more public hearings to give taxpayers and tax preparers a chance to air their views on rules for the so-called LLC tax.

Revenue Administration Commissioner Kevin Clougherty announced yesterday he has scheduled hearings in Berlin, Plymouth and Conway to continue a public hearing process that started Wednesday.

DRA has also extended to Jan. 19 the deadline for submitting written comments on the proposed rules."

"Public hearings are planned Tuesday, Jan. 5, at 1 p.m. at White Mountain Community College, Berlin; Thursday, Jan. 7, at 6 p.m. at Plymouth State University Hyde Hall, and Saturday, Jan. 9, 10 a.m., at Kennett High School Auditorium."
