Does anybody know how to get ahold of Gary Franchi of Restore the Republic?

I'm in California, and I admire Gary's resources and ability to get things done. I have an idea about "getting rid" of the 17th amendment, which I view is critical to restoring our Consitituional balance of power.

Does anybody know how to reach him?
