Need Partners to Start Private Clubs
« on: July 21, 2009, 01:17:24 pm »

* I'm working on starting Liberty meetings that work to promote Liberty and education & provide entertainment, combined with business fairs, where anyone who sells, barters, or donates products or services can display some of their stuff.
* I also hope to find partners who'd like to start private clubs where such meetings could take place.
* The meetings will be held in public places initially, but, when private clubs get started, the meetings can move there.
* Please email me LKINDR@yahoo.com to discuss.
* Also, I'd appreciate anyone forwarding this message to others who may be interested.

* Okay, thanks much; I got your message. I'll try to call him tomorrow.

* I just added Churches to the discussion, because I also want to start those. They don't have to pay property taxes etc. Anyone's residence can be a Church, I believe. And I can get the paperwork for that. I think it's online actually.

* A residence may not normally be allowed to be a Church, but any building can be turned into a Church and night watchpersons can stay there overnight.

What do you mean "skirting of the law"? Any law that violates the Constitution is void.

The 'church' incorporation needs to be accepted by the State... and doesn't allow for residential housing.
It involves a lot more than one might imagine.

* Naysayers. In other words nothing is feasible for achieving freedom.
* Churches don't need state approval to exist. Even the IR code acknowledges that.

There are a lot of things that can be done with the classification of "church."  There are also a lot of pitfalls.  Anything worth having is worth putting some time and energy into.

A 501c(3) 'religious' exemption makes a church exempt from federal income taxes.
It requires incorporation (State Approval)... and only extends to property under RSA 72:23

III. Houses of public worship, parish houses, church parsonages occupied by their pastors, convents, monasteries, buildings and the lands appertaining to them owned, used and occupied directly for religious training or for other religious purposes by any regularly recognized and constituted denomination, creed or sect, organized, incorporated or legally doing business in this state and the personal property used by them for the purposes for which they are established.

Many things are achievable... just not what your suggesting.
