An idea for PorcFest
« on: January 30, 2008, 11:58:22 am »

I was wondering if we could have the regular monthly meetings that happen in NH happen at PorcFest this year.

I would be great to have these events happen during the week some time at PorcFest.

Sunday ice cream social
Game night
MVP meeting
Concord Porcs
Grafton Friday pot luck
Tap room Tuesdays would be hard to do on site.
Keene Sunday social
And any other event that happens that I no thinking of.

Let me know what you think soon.  I need to know in the next week or so to have it put on the schedule for PorcFest.

Please let me know who I need to contact for some of these events.

Sunday ice cream social is Alec Muller’s.
Game Night is Ivy’s.
MVP is at the moment Shuvom’s, but that’s changing soon.
Taproom Tuesday is error’s idea, but Keith Murphy (Rearden on NHFree) if you want to get hold of the Taproom’s owner.

Yeah, no.  Yeah, that's not a bad idea.  Porcfest is way more fun when there's a whole bunch of stuff going on.

Yeah, I think these would be good to have.

The current schedule draft is viewable at:

Please let me (or Mark Warden / Taxinator) know what you'd like added (event name, date, location, start time and end time for each) or if you'd like to request something be shifted.

I'd LOVE to host a game night at PorcFest!  Hell, I'll even announce it everywhere I announce my current game nights.

Rich, Mark - tell me which night you think is best - I don't care which!  :)

(*whispers*  Seth... I bet we can beat her if we join forces!  *giggles*)
