Does exist another possibilities i missed during my research ?
Don't be so hasty, arpa_nico.
First off, do you have a visa? If you come into the US on a Visa Waiver Program with the intent to immigrate, you could receive a 10-year ban from entering the US. If you enter on the VWP and then attempt to adjust your status (in order to become a permanent resident), you could still get a 10 year ban if that application is not approved and you don't get your green card within the 90 days the VWP is valid (which won't happen).
Secondly, unless you are planning on staying illegally in the US and working illegally, work is pretty much out of the picture. You have a lot more thinking and work you need to do before you can even begin to think of moving to the US. Don't waste your money on a plane ticket if you will only get turned away at the Point of Entry, or realize after you get here that you will only have to go back home because you don't have the proper papers.
If you would like to spend a long time in NH (or the US) to see if immigrating is something you would like to do, you could always apply for a six month tourist visa at the US embassy.
I would definitely love to see more Europeans getting into the Free State Project (is my husband the first one who's made the move??), but I want to see them do it, legally, and without a chance of getting kicked out.
