Conditional membership
« on: March 01, 2003, 10:24:43 pm »

Hello, I am thinking about joining, but what if between now and the time the Free State is chosen I move somewhere else and no longer have the money to move to the Free State?  Basically what I am asking is can I cancel my 'membership' after I've signed up?

The short answer is "no."  If you cannot truly commit, you shouldn't sign up.

However, once we reach 20,000 people, you have 5 years to move to the state, so you should have plenty of time to save the money or make other arrangements necessary to move.  There's plenty of time to make plans, if you really want liberty in your lifetime.
