I hereby state my solemn intent to move to the state of New Hampshire. Once there, I will exert the fullest practical effort toward the creation of a society in which the maximum role of civil government is the protection of life, liberty, and property.

The more relevant question should be, how old do you want them to be? :)

Welcome. If you join us then you are the demographic. The purpose is to create a society where the maximum role of civil government is the protection of life, liberty, and property. For me I call it the ideal America.

Hey, that is an amazing bumper sticker. Yes, it IS the LAW (albeit ignored by the criminal government).

I have some real problems with the fsp demos .... we have hardly any preschoolers that are signed up.

We also have way too many radicals in our group.  ;)

Russell is Free! ;D

None of the replies really gave a straight  answer. It's true that all kinds of people have joined the FSP, and all are encouraged to do so as long as the agree that the maximum role of government should be to protect Life, Liberty, and Property.

The statistics show that the demographic is shifted towards white males. It should be noted that this is a reflection of the demographics of the pro-liberty movement. I haven't looked in a while, but the average age is shifted toward the older side, HOWEVER there is a big difference between demographics of those who have signed and those who have moved. The early movers seem to be younger on average than the overall FSP demographics, I'm not 100% sure, but the early movers may be a more gender balanced demographic too. I'm not sure if the ethnic demographics are more balanced among early movers, but I do know that members of ethnic minorities have made the move.

Nobody should be discouraged by those demographics. Folks in New Hampshire generally don't have a problem with diversity, but we simply don't have as much of it as many parts of the country. We are a primarily rural, northern state, so it really isn't too surprising.

Well, they insist on enforcing that silly rule about being 18.

I'm in my 20s and I just made the move to NH a month and a half ago.  How specific should the demographics be?  I'm right-handed, 5'9, dropped out of college twice then went to a trade school, from the midwest, I like beer, music, oh and LIBERTY.

it seems like a diverse bunch of liberty lovers :D

The purpose is to work hard for freedom, and in New Hampshire there are a lot of locals who are already in on the struggle, so we all move to a small state with a very strong constitution, and work damn hard to limit the size of government.

The statistics show that the demographic is shifted towards white males. g.
John Stossell did mention that he was surprised by all the women at the Liberty Forum.
