Life in New Hampshire for the college aged

I'm just wondering what's it like in New Hampshire for someone who is 18-21, either attending college or otherwise

An alcoholic haze in a blue smoke filled room.  Does it really matter where?

Why don't you save up and visit during porcfest?  Where are you coming from?
