Portsmouth: Manufacturing System Test

Whaleback systems is looking for a manufacturing system test technician.  This is an entry level position:

Summary:
Perform System Configuration and Test and debug System Test failures for a VoIP PBX.    Configure and package systems for shipment.   Log failure modes and repair information for future analysis. 

Responsibilities:
Configure systems per customer requirements.
Package and ship system equipment to the customer site, assuring that all required components will be on site by the required installation date.
Verify System Test results and log test information into database.
Record and track failure modes and repair information into database.
Assist in improving system test process based on results and process procedures.
Order and receive manufacturing inventory per forecast requirements.
Maintain accurate manufacturing inventory records and control disposition of inventory.

Requirements:
0-2 years experience testing and debugging at the system level.
High School graduation required; Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred Ability to use educated and intuitive judgment, ability to manage projects, communicate clearly both written and oral.
Ability to read and write reports, manuals, and procedures Aggressive, self-starter, energetic, analytical, and organized

Plusses:
Telecommunication product experience
Computer/server configuration experience Local Area Network terminology familiarity
