Get paid to infiltrate the "Progressives"
« on: January 09, 2007, 09:07:17 am »

The "Progressive Grassroots" machine is gearing up, and is hiring folks to organize their operations.  If someone is a good actor, and thinks it would be a good idea to infiltrate one wing of the enemy's operations, check out the link I've included.

However, beware!  Back when I ran for Congress (2001), a socialist friend of mine worked for the Democratic Party as an organizer for their "volunteer" efforts in the same district I was running in.  She hired a bunch of folks--mostly college kids who needed the money--and  after the election the organization started dragging their feet about paying.  She brought me in on it, and we basically pressured the Democratic Party in to paying her "volunteers" as they had promised, but they ended up stiffing those elsewhere.  So be aware that there is at least the possibility you could end up not getting paid what they promised you.

What would the purpose of an infiltration be?  It seems like one would need to lie to them.

Well, I do more or less agree with all their desired ends...  >:D

If we want to combat global warming, increase access to higher education, provide healthcare for all Americans, end corruption in Washington, and redeploy our troops,

I support redeploying our troops HOME, ending corruption, promoting a free market healthcare system which does not restrict access to care, promoting a free market education system which will dramatically improve both lower and higher levels of education, and as for global warming, well, I do support restrictions against pollution.

Do these positions make me a progressive?   ;D

Heh. I saw a Democrat Free-Stater in the State House today. We had a nice chat.
Does that make me an "infiltrator?" Does it make him an "infiltrator?"
Does it matter?

Aw, maybe if it was really infiltration it would matter.  That "Democrat Free-Stater" will be a great rep for his district, regardless of what anybody else might think.   ;)

I think using the term free-market disqualifies you

An honest man, that Bill.
