Sr Contract Administrator Position - Nashua NH

Job Title:         Analyst, Contract Adm/Revenue
Location:         107 N.Eastern Blvd. Nashua, NH

Job Description:         The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for understanding all aspects of operations activities of the SkillSoft Contracts Department, contract order processing, billing and revenue processing and analysis with direction of Contracts Supervisor/Manager.

Job Responsibilities:         The position will include the following job responsibilities:

• Accurate and prompt entry of new sales contract orders into our PeopleSoft contract application including reviewing each order for accuracy and completeness and ensuring fulfillment of all customer and corporate obligations.
• Processing all contract order billing/invoicing plans and revenue recognition plans in accordance with standard acceptable accounting practices and policies.
• Interact with related departments and staff to ensure complete and accurate entry of contract/order details and requirements.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting of all contract commitments, obligations and special terms, including monthly backlog report and contract/customer analysis reports.
• Maintaining accurate file and organization of the orders after they are entered and gathering contract order documentation for quarterly accounting audit
• Provide contract reporting analysis and support to the Controller and Sales/Executive departments.
• Prepare monthly audit reports for Sarbanes-Oxley
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years contract administration experience.
• Windows XP, Excel, Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Skills Desired:
• PeopleSoft Select 8.8 Financials.
• Detail oriented.
