Portsmouth - Tier 1, 2 and 3 Support Positions available

Whaleback Systems is looking for a full time technical support  engineer for our Portsmouth, NH location.

Responsibilities include:

Support NOC operations
Support for field installations
Interface to engineering
Handle system design
Site management
System installation
Field service

VoIP experience required.
** There is weekend and off-hour paging responsibility**
