Portsmouth - Inside Sales Rep

Whaleback Systems has engineered a revolutionary, software-driven phone solution that integrates with your IT network to transport voice signals across a broadband connection.

We are currently looking for an inside sales representative to:

Qualify, assign and follow up on inbound inquiries.
Cold call into targeted accounts to uncover and qualify additional opportunities.
Identify and qualify reseller prospects (by geography).
Act as inside reseller pre-sales resource (Partner Hotline).
Research internet and use external tools to identify potential prospects and create calling lists.
Provide detailed updates (weekly, monthly and quarterly) on all prospecting efforts using SalesForce.com.
Develop relationships and other contacts for lead sharing and lead qualification.

The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years telephone sales experience.
