Some jackass is sending me all kinds of spam about viarga and there any way I can stop this.  ???

My spam blocker is not doing a very good job, and very time I block the jackasses email address, the jackass just changes the email addrress.   ???

Some e-mail programs allow you to filter or block messages with certain words in the subject or message body. That might be the way to go.

See if you can get your email provider to install something like SpamAssassin on their servers. It's free, installs easily, and works pretty well. My web host has SpamAssassin and it works pretty well for blocking spam. If it gets a score of 5 or higher it gets put in my spam folder, and I only see it if I go looking for it. I've also heard good things about SpamBayes if you want something client-side, but SpamAssassin seems to work well enough for me.
