Requirements:
BSEE and 3+ years of experience in the bipolar/CMOS, analog/power/mixed-mode IC design areas using the above tools (or similar).

In this position, you will quickly take a lead role -- including customer interaction -- through all phases of the design process from product definition through the delivery of silicon samples. You will design, simulate, and supervise the layout, verification and evaluation of silicon samples. You will also be called upon to assist in mentoring more junior engineers.

Working with marketing and systems engineers, you will have the opportunity to influence the Company's product and technology directions. You will work with the latest Cadence analog design tools (Analog Artist, Virtuoso Composer, Diva, Spectre, Verilog) and with appropriate PC-based tools (PSpice, MathCad, MATLAB).

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of directly related experience. Knowledge of analog design is essential. Motor control expertise is also highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will have the ability to make clear technical presentations and write clear applications material. Travel will be required to meet with customers both in the U.S. and around the globe.

Fluency in Japanese is a plus.
