So to move there people must live there and what better way to move there is to buy a cheap house during this crash time  ;D

So how and where does one find a listing of cheap house and not no mobile homes

Might help people to move in

Foreclosures are printed in the local papers.  They are in almost every section of the Union Leader now.  You can try subscribing to their electronic edition, or subscribing to a service the aggregates them.  You could also retain a buyers agent who tracks such things.

The link from NY2NH is the best.  Most bank-owned properties (foreclosures) are listed with Realtors/agents and then placed in the MLS (multiple listing service).  The MLS in NH is known as NNEREN.

Any Realtor can do a search by price/location and find properties - foreclosed or not - that are available at a good price.
