RE: 7:45 - Meet at the Cafe for the Mt. Liberty Hike with Dr. Michael Edelstein

Could I please have more info on this.  For example, how many miles is the entire hike?  What should I wear? How long did it take last year?  When will I make it back to Lancaster, NH?

I've checked out these links and find them interesting:

The hike I *presume* Dr. E will be doing is the Liberty Spring Trail.  The listing on the first page you linked is pretty accurate for an in-shape hiker.  I think we took a little longer and there's ~45 min - 1 hour drive time *each way* to the parking lot.  So basically, it's an all day affair.  I think we started a little before 8 last year and were back around 4ish give or take.  I think our hike times were a little longer than the 5:35 round trip they list (maybe closer to 6 or 6 1/2).

Hope that helps... The hike, the view, the time, it's all worth it.  I really wish I could go again this year ;)
