We're going to see fireworks in town, and I'm wearing my FSP tshirt and will bring along some bumper stickers and the FSP keychain logic puzzle to get some conversation going (not hard to do at a public gathering where people are in happy, celebration moods.)  I was thinking that for those of us who don't live in New Hampshire but who someday hope to, this might be the perfect venue to spread the word, either by wearing a FSP tshirt to whatever fireworks displays we go to or to any human-packed events we attend that weekend.

Just an idea I figured I'd pass along.  Hope everyone has a safe and free holiday weekend. :)

Please don't fall into the politicians' trap.  Call it "Independence Day" please!

And don't forget Bill of Rights Day (December 15th) :)

The more I come to this forum the more I learn how to be a better Libertarian.  :D

I've been reading up on Jon Paul the past 2 days after somebody told me about him... need to search this forum for opinions on this interesting politician.

It's really amazing... virtually NO politician or media personality calls it "Independence Day" anymore.  We are so lost in America...   :-\

We're going to see fireworks in town
But can you USE fireworks in town ???

I mean real fireworks.

Everything from M-80's and Roman candles to your very own sky show ???

sure you can use them... just not legally.  One thing I noticed every year from the coastal area we live near that puts on the town's firework display is that there's always this guy out on a small boat shooting off some fireworks as a sorta pre-show and his own personal claim of freedom.  There's also usually a few nearby residents shooting off a few themselves from their backyards.
