I'm a student on a college campus.  I have no physical address and no permanent mailing address.  How should I fill out the Join form?

You don't have to fill out the address part if you don't want to or can't.  Just put down any information that will let us know how to contact you for the next few years.  If you plan to keep your email address for the next 4-5 years, that should be sufficient, or a phone number will do.  We basically just ask for an address & phone number because people often change their email addresses very frequently, and we don't want to lose touch with them between now and the time for the move.
