One site in New Hampshire
« on: November 13, 2003, 09:33:40 pm »

:) I already live in New Hampshire on 25 acres, hilltop, with
total off-the-grid capability. See ad#14430 on www.Isoldmyhouse.com (New England only) for 11,000 SF+
already built for FAR more $ than I am selling at = an ideal group home location; land is subdividable. Zoning laws very liberal in this location. They are NOT in many NH counties. Beware of that. "Live Free or Die" is not really followed.  All depends on the selectmen in your town.
True, Vermont and Maine are liberal and NH is conservative, generally, but there are still many, many restrictions and more taxes than you might think.
There are two Waldorf schools right in this town, too, if
you are familiar with them. Constitutionalists and Libertarians
abound in Lyndeborough and Wilton.
This is my first post so forgive me if I did it incorrectly.
I am familiar with Manchester's having active anti-tax groups,
but we still seem to have many  taxes although I am impressed with the local ability to take care of the indigent or
jobless without relying solely on the government.
Just my 2 cents.

You're kidding us right? This #14430?

HOLY CRAP.  :o It looks just like the sketches I've been doing for my own little castle. Complete with the indoor pool atrium! Absolutely beautiful.  :D

ps Brad, do you have any more photos of your house you can share?
