https://www.freetalklive.com/podcast/2016-05-11  My FTL call with what I know.   Most of the discussion is on Facebook and I will copy some of that here probably later as permissions permit.  Hate facebook with its confusing public-but-not-public-or-even-linkable status of information.

These are some messages she posted to Facebook about her situation, reprinted here with permissions.  Her name is Isabelle Rose, she says there are two PD's she is concerned about, and one of them is Marlborough NH.  I understand they seized the dog from a dogsitter while Rose was out of state or travelling.

"This photo was taken in hospice right before my sister died. We were at Novant Hospital in NC. This was the day I was given Blue and I made a promise to take care of him until his death. Now the police claimed I stole him from a relative, even though he has been with me almost a year and I have a document proving that I inherited him, they did not care about the truth. I did not receive due process of law.
I am selling everything to raise money for legal counsel so I can have Blue returned to me. I made a promise to my dying and beloved sister. And, I will keep that promise until Blue dies, or my death or the authorities imprison me.
I am selling two kayaks, all my furniture, clothes, jewelry ( diamond earrings, high end costume Jewelry, gold, silver) a canoe, property that I am subdividing. If you are interested in seeing what I am selling PM. Please help spread the word of this fundraiser for Blue.
I was in the process of launching a business and now that has been delayed. I am totally distraught. Every time I walk by his food dish and bed, I breakdown and cry. I think of how I let my sister down and I miss her so much."

"After having a great time with family and friends last week, I returned home with fear. My dog Blue was taken from me without due process of law and the manner this was done has made me feel threatened and that my life is in danger and my property in jeopardy of seizure by the local police."
