Computer Network Help Desk / Managed Services Technician

Paradigm Computer Consulting, Inc. is a growing New England computer network service provider. We provide outsourced IT management and managed services to the SMB market. We seek a motivated applicant to work directly with customers, providing IT support, administering networks remotely, and monitoring network problems and scheduled events.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Take calls from clients and assist with computer problems
Provide computer network support using remote control tools
Monitoring systems for critical events and alerts
Using scripting tools to automate system maintenance and administrative tasks
Document and report on systems and networks
Bench repair of systems and servers

Strong knowledge of:
MS Windows workstation and server environments
TCP/IP in LAN/WAN environments
PC / Server hardware platforms
Internet technologies and services

Must have and/or be able to:
Excellent communications skills.
Work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with limited supervision.
Provide an outstanding customer experience.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Some College or equivalent technical education, with two or more years of
experience is required.

Salary range is 28,000 to 48,000+ per year based upon experience and performance incentives.
