TAC Worldwide Companies is one of the largest privately held contingency staffing and professional services company in the United States. TAC provides professional and technical staffing and solutions to many of the Fortune 500 and companies throughout New England.

Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will be responsible for new business development client account management. This individual should possess proven methods of identification and market penetration of target prospects and ‘point of entry’ tactics with key decision makers. He/she engages all appropriate levels of management to develop opportunities to increase and expand TAC’s scope of services within new and existing accounts. This individual will work directly with hiring managers and will be responsible for offering long term strategies and solutions using TAC’s full scope of products and services. The Account Executive manages client requisition activity and customer care and will be expected to meet and exceed company revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree or equivalent senior level outside sales experience in Information Technology with a focus on enterprise/software solutions sales, staff augmentation and/or workforce planning
•Staffing industry experience is preferred
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, organization and presentation skills required
•Demonstrates effectiveness at developing and sustaining high level, consultative relationships
•Proficiency in Microsoft applications
•Some travel will be required
