Title: NH News Sources? (Recent NH Bill on Community Rights)
Post by: Luck on November 15, 2017, 12:36:07 pm
I've been posting FSP-related NH news on the Friendly Forum since Dave Ridley asked me to some time back, but I'm running low on sources. Mike Gill was a pretty good source on NH corruption, but he doesn't seem to be reporting any more.

I use FreeKeene and NHPR for sources still, but it would be nice to have more. I checked out FSP on Facebook quite a while back and it didn't seem to have much.

If anyone knows of good sources, feel free to let me know.

Dave, do you peruse my NH News thread at https://forum.freestateproject.org/index.php?topic=27598.msg300462#new ? A few days ago I posted info about a NH bill that would acknowledge Community Rights, as for Free Towns.

This post actually has the main info about the bill: https://forum.freestateproject.org/index.php?topic=28491.msg300461#msg300461
I think the arguments for it are excellent. The rights of all people are derived from the rights of individuals. So Communities/Towns are nearer to the rights of self-government than are states/nations. Right?

Actually, it's a state constitutional amendment, even better than a bill, if it can be promoted effectively without the establishment going bonkers over it.
