Title: Future School: Many Topics (Get Smart Blog)
Post by: Luck on September 22, 2015, 01:11:21 pm
(Most recent post is last in the thread.)

I'd like to start a school online that teaches "sustainable" alternatives to our corrupt system. Does that sound like fun to anyone? I wrote this pitch for it an hour or two ago.

Corruption is widespread and threatens to destroy everyone's future. We  need a school that teaches college kids and others alternatives to the corrupt  system, so everyone can have a brighter future asap. We would see results quickly,  within 4 years. We would see new towns spring up that are virtually corruption-proof. We would see great reductions in poverty, crime and health problems. We  would see powerful free energy and other exciting technology, space exploration and  colonization, health tech and so on.

- The knowledge to organize such a school is already available. We know how to  clean up science, history, economics, math, education, parenting and politics.  Plenty of young people and others have the motivation. The internet is our best  organizing tool.

- Would you like to make a donation for our weekly newsletter to keep you informed  of the school's progress at educating students and ending corruption?

- Would you like to attend at least some of our weekly discussions?

1. Post study materials or links on Future School's website.
2. Get investors, partners, students, sponsors, donors, volunteers.
3. Future School students pay to be tested for certification in any subject offered.
4. Students & others pay Future School donations for consulting to start coop businesses/nonprofits and free towns.

The following was the original OP. Future School is the outcome of Project Get Smart, if we're lucky.

Project Get Smart - prevent brainwashing
The system brainwashes people by the time they become adults. So it makes sense to talk to younger people to help them prevent getting brainwashed. We encourage young people to think for yourselves, not believe everything without question, study alternative views online and communicate with each other to help learn the truth and how to improve society.

What if you can't trust the main authorities in society? Can you trust the government? Can you trust religion, major media, textbooks, drug companies, science? What if big businesses took over all of those institutions, and what if the goal of big business is only to make money for themselves, not to help the common people? What if the really big business owners are racists? What if some of them think they're superior to everyone else, like the Nazis did, and what if they want to take everything away from the common people?

Is there evidence that big business took over the U.S. government? Did it take over major religions, or the major media, textbooks, medicine and/or science? Why do few people vote any more? Why are there so many alternative health care claims that oppose the claims of the drug companies? Why do so many families home school their kids? Why do the major religions hate each other? Do the big defense contractors benefit when people of different nations hate each other?

Suggestion: Study religion, relationships, economics, history, politics, education, medicine, and science.
1. religion,
2. relationships,
3. economics,
4. history,
5. politics,
6. education,
7. health, and
8. science.

PS, "Question Authority" means "Doubt Authoritarians". Authoritarians are those who use or condone force or the threat of force to control others. (Of course, guardians restraining minors and dependent adults is okay, if it doesn't harm them physically or psychologically.)

Christian Religion with No Eternal Hell

Fornication Didn't Mean What It Seems

Fear of Sex is overemphasized in many Christian and Muslim religions.

In Christianity the correct idea behind "fornication" was the danger of being intimate with "Satan", by submitting to selfish thoughts. Fornication meant submission to "Satan". And "Satan" simply meant excessive selfishness.

In reality selfishness is necessary to an extent, as we need to take care of ourselves. But we also need to care about others and cooperate with anyone who can help us improve society.

The only real law of morality is to not harm anyone. Sex can lead to harming oneself or others by spreading STDs. Also, it can lead to jealousy and similar emotional harm. And thirdly, sex with minors can be traumatic for them. But, for those who are not prone to jealousy and who take care not to spread STDs and who avoid sex with minors, there should be no problem with supposed promiscuity, if it's very limited. The greater one's promiscuity, the greater the risk of STDs and of jealousy.

As per the previous post, the idea of eternal hell is immoral, since it harms people by giving them irrational fears and stress. "Eternal hell" was not originally in the Bible. The doctrine didn't become widespread in Christianity until after 550 AD under tyrannical Emperor Justinian. Natural pain is a warning that something is causing harm to the body or the mind. Pain is meant to be preventive of harm. If people were subject to eternal pain, it would be useless and highly immoral, as it's very harmful and not preventive.

This site has information about "fornication" in Christianity:

This one has ideas that may be helpful for healthy relationships:

Adam Smith vs. von Mises (Libertarian Vs Fascist)
[copied from the General Forum]

Below are excerpts from Real Economics Interview with Michael Hudson

... The focus of Smith, Mill [Adam Smith and John Stuart Mill], Quesnay and the whole of 19th-century classical economics was to draw a distinction between productive and unproductive labor – that is, between people who earn wages and profits, and rentiers who, as Mill said, “get rich in their sleep.” That is how he described landowners receiving groundrent. It also describes the financial sector receiving interest and “capital” gains.

... Neoliberals say they’re against government, but what they’re really against is democratic government [Republics]. The kind of governments they support are pre-referendum Greece or post-coup Ukraine. ... Neoliberals want the kind of government that will create gains for the banks, not necessarily for the economy at large. Such governments basically are oligarchic.

... Aristotle talked about this more than 2,000 years ago. He said that democracy is the stage immediately preceding oligarchy. All economies go through three stages repeating a cycle: from democracy into oligarchy, and then the oligarchs make themselves hereditary. (Today, Jeb Bush wants to abolish the estate tax to help the emerging power elite make itself into a hereditary aristocracy.) Then, some of the aristocratic families will fight among themselves, and take the public into their camp and promote democracy, so you have the cycle going all over again. That’s the kind of cycle we’re having now, just as in ancient Athens. It’s a transition from democracy to oligarchy on its way to becoming an aristocracy of the power elite.

... The first thing the neoliberal Chicago School did when they took over Chile was to close down every economics department in the country except the one they controlled at the Catholic University. They started an assassination program of left wing professors, labor leaders and politicians, and imposed neoliberalism by gunpoint. Their idea is you cannot have anti-labor, deregulated “free markets” stripping away social protections and benefits unless you have totalitarian control. You have to censor any idea that there’s ever been an alternative, by rewriting economic history to deny the progressive tax and regulatory reforms that Smith, Mill, and other classical economists urged to free industrial capitalism from the surviving feudal privileges of landlords and predatory finance.

... Most rent theory was developed in England, and also in France. English practice is more complex than America. The military conquerors imposed a pure groundrent fee on the land, as distinct from the buildings and improvements. So if you buy a house from a seller in England, somebody else may own the land underneath it. You have to pay a separate rent for the land. The landlord doesn’t do anything at all to collect land rent, that’s why they call them rentiers .... This practice is a carry-over from the Norman Conquest and its absentee landlord class.

...since Margaret Thatcher led Britain down the road to debt peonage and rent serfdom by privatizing ... infrastructure, she and her emulators in other countries turned them into toll booth economies. The resulting economic rent takes the form of a rise in prices to cover interest, stock options, soaring executive salaries and underwriting fees. The economy ends up being turned into a collection of tollbooths instead of factories. So, you can think of rent as the “right” or special legal privilege to erect a tollbooth and say, “You can’t get television over your cable channel unless you pay us, and what we charge you is anything we can get from you.”

... This price doesn’t have any relation to what it costs to produce what they sell. Such extortionate pricing is now sponsored by U.S. diplomacy, the World Bank, and what’s called the Washington Consensus forcing governments to privatize the public domain and create such rent-extracting opportunities.

... The key to the Austrian School [people like von Mises and von Hayek and the Chicago School] is their hatred of labor and socialism. [In Austro-Hungary] It saw the danger of democratic government spreading to the Habsburg Empire, and it said, “The one thing we have to stop is democracy [Republics]. Their idea of a free market was one free of democracy and of democratic government regulating and taxing wealthy rentiers.

... Above all, they opposed governments creating their own money, e.g. as the United States did with its greenbacks in the Civil War. They wanted to privatize money creation in the hands of commercial banks, so that they could receive interest on their privilege of credit creation and also to determine the allocation of resources.

... Real serfdom was when families had to pay all their income to the landlords as rent. Centuries of classical economists backed democratic political reform of parliaments to roll back the landlords’ power (and that of bankers). But Hayek [absurdly] claimed that this rollback was the road to serfdom, not away from it. He said democratic regulation and taxation of rentiers is serfdom. In reality, of course, it’s the antidote [to serfdom].

... So the objectives of the financial sector – of Wall Street, the City of London or Frankfurt in Germany – is to obtain the land. You can look at what’s happening in Greece. What its creditors, the IMF and European Central Bank (ECB) want are the Greek islands, and they want the gas rights in the Aegean Sea. They want whatever buildings and property there is, including the museums.

... Matters are not so much different in the private sector. If you can get a company or individual into debt, you can strip away the assets they have when they can’t pay. A Hayek-style government would block society from protecting itself against such asset stripping. Defending “property rights” of creditors, such “free market” ideology deprives the rest of the economy – businesses, individuals and public agencies.

... In America, in colonial times, sharpies (especially from Britain) would lend farmers money that they knew the farmer couldn’t pay, then they would foreclose just before the crops came in. Right now you have corporate raiders, who are raiding whole companies by forcing them into debt, and then smashing and grabbing. You now have the IMF, European Central Bank and Washington Consensus taking over whole countries like Ukraine. The tactic is to purposely lend them the money that clearly cannot be repaid, and say, “Oh you cannot pay? Well, we’re not going to take a loss. We have a solution.” The solution is to sell off public enterprises, land and natural resources. In Greece’s case, 50 billion euros of its property, everything that it has in the public sector. The country is to be sold off to foreigners (including domestic oligarchs working out of their offshore accounts). Debt leverage is thus the way to achieve what it took armies to win in times past.

... [The U.S.] has created a new iron curtain. Two years ago, Greece was supposed to privatize 5 billion euros of its public domain. Half of this, 2.5 billion, was to be the sale of its gas pipeline. But the largest bidder was Gazprom, and America said, “No, you can’t accept the highest bidder if its Russian.” Same thing in Ukraine. It has just been smashed economically, and the U.S. says, “No Ukrainian or Russian can buy into the Ukrainian assets to be sold off. Only George Soros and his fellow Americans can buy into this.” This shows that the neoliberalism of free markets, of “let’s everybody pay the highest price,” is only patter talk. If the winner in the rigged market is not the United States, it sends in ISIS or Al Qaeda and the assassination teams, or backs the neo-Nazis as in Ukraine.

... Basically, US/NATO strategists want to make sure, by destroying Ukraine’s eastern export industry, that Ukraine will be chronically bankrupt and will have to settle its balance-of-payments deficit by selling off its private domain to American, German and other foreign buyers.

... [Something] rarely mentioned is the way in which many regular working people get swindled. One example that comes to my mind is the mutual funds and other money managers that control what pension funds and lots of retirees invest in. Much of their savings are tied up in heavily leveraged junk bonds and in places like Greece, but also recently in Puerto Rico which is going through a very similar scenario right now. So in many ways, US taxpayers and pensioners are funding the looting and exploitation of these countries and they’re then financially invested in continuing the destruction of these countries. It’s almost like these pensioners are human shields for Wall Street.

... Over the past twenty years the American stock market has become a vehicle for corporate raiding, replacing equity with debt. ... The other point I’m making concerns economic rent. The guiding idea of an economic and tax system should be to lower the cost of living and doing business.

How Debt Conquered America for the 1% [Genocide against Native and African Slaves]

Government Deceptions: This webpage, , shows that English-speaking people are waking up to the reality of major government deceptions, like "false flag" attacks.

Here are 15 examples of False Flag attacks in recent history

False Flag attacks are those in which authorities in any nation arrange attacks on their own people by agents disguised as enemies, and then blame their enemies as the attackers, in order to garner support from their people for attacks on the enemies. The moral is, don't trust authorities/authoritarians about who our enemies are. Authoritarians themselves are our enemies. Right? Following are the 15 examples of false flag attacks, with references in links.

Early History of Paper Money in the American English Colonies (See this link:)

Fiat money can be a good thing. The article explains that the American English Colonies prospered when they issued their own paper money in the mid 1700s. When the British 1% found out about it, they passed laws against it and sought to force the colonists to use only Bank of England money. This reduced the money in circulation so much that the colonists soon became as poor as the people of England. This was the main factor that led to the Revolutionary War. Money does not need to be backed by precious metals or anything else in order to serve as a medium of exchange. It need only be backed by the honesty of local self-government, i.e. the people.

History of Medical Corruption
Medical Control, Medical Corruption, By (libertarian) Llewellyn H. Rockwell, Jr.
This is a 2 part posting in the Statist Health Endangerment Blog thread.

Conventional Corporate Medicine suppresses health info like the following.
Good & Bad Fats
The following information comes mostly from Mary Enig's article, Oiling of America, as at and . Mary Enig's website is at . The original article there explains that the major media conspired with other major corporations to give false reports about major scientific studies, like the Framingham study, claiming that saturated fats and cholesterol are unhealthful foods for humans, whereas the truth is the opposite, as explained below.

- Cholesterol and saturated fats are good fats. Hydrogenated oils and rancid oils or fats are bad fats.

- Most transfats are from partly hydrogenated vegetable oils, vegetable shortening and margarine, found in many processed foods. Natural transfats as in dairy are good. Hexane, one of the main hydrocarbons in gasoline, is used to make hydrogenated oil. Little, if any, hexane remains in the finished product, but it destroys virtually all nutrients in the oil, like vitamins. When these hydrogenated oil products first came out, doctors were concerned that they might lead to heart disease and cancer. These concerns were confirmed by research. Other problems have also been confirmed, though the media ignores these findings, due to food industry pressure. Following are confirmed problems caused by processed transfat consumption, along with source references.
- Hydrogenated oil does the following:
Reduces milk supply in breastfeeding women – 44. [See References below.]
Increases diabetes – 44.
Increases osteoporosis [brittle bones] – 45.
Lowers testosterone [mostly male hormone] – 45.
Lowers normal sperm count [making men infertile] – 45.
Changes gestation [fetal development] – 45.
Lowers birth weight – 46.
Lowers prostaglandins [hormone-like nutrients for muscle and blood vessel control] – 47.
Increases heart disease – 48, 53.
Increases breast cancer – 49.
Increases coronary heart disease [especially from margarine] – 50.
Fat in deep fried foods is up to 50% transfat – 51.
Increases cancer [from margarine & vegetable shortening] – 52.
Average consumption is at least 12 grams per day.
4 donuts or 6 cookies contain 30 grams.
One 10 oz. Bag of chips contains 46 grams.

Following are listed the benefits of saturated fats in the diet,
i.e. tallow [beef fat], lard [pork fat], butter, palm oil, coconut oil, meat, etc:
Improves immune system [to fight infections, colds etc] – 54.
Improves bones – 55.
Increases cell energy & improves cell structure – 56.
Protects the liver – 57.
Helps utilize essential fatty acids – 58.
Reduces need for cholesterol – 59.
Improves the heart – 59.
Does not irritate artery walls.
Reduces need for stored anti-oxidants.
Helps prevent cancer.

Following are some of the benefits of natural cholesterol:
Makes hormones that reduce stress.
Makes hormones that protect from heart disease and cancer.
Makes sex hormones for fertility and emotional balance.
Makes vitamin D for bones, nervous system, growth, mineral metabolism, muscle tone, insulin, reproduction, immune system, bile salts for digestion of fat.
Is an anti-oxidant to protect tissues from damage to prevent heart disease and cancer.
Is a repair substance for arteries - 60.
Increases serotonin in brain to make good feelings.
Reduces aggression, violence, depression, suicidal tendencies.
(Cholesterol in breast milk) greatly improves infants' brain development – 61.
Repairs intestinal walls.
Vegetarians tend to get leaky gut syndrome and other problems without cholesterol from animal products.
Shortage of fat and cholesterol in the diet produces nocturnal habits, fantasies, fetishes, bingeing, splurging, etc – 62.

Title: Re: Get Smart Blog (Autyrism - Tyanny)
Post by: Luck on March 31, 2016, 10:47:30 am
Autyrism - Coining a New Term

Autyrism, a new term (pronounced au'-tir-iz-um), is practice of or support for authoritarian tyranny, abuse of power, abuse by authority, oppression, suppression, repression, or slavery. An autyrist is a person who engages in or supports autyrism. Autyrism can be conscious or unconscious. By far the most support for and practice of autyrism seems to be unconscious. Therefore, by raising consciousness about autyrism, it might be greatly reduced, if not defended by further autyrism. Most parenting, schooling, economics and government involve largely unconscious autyrism.

Science is also afflicted with unconscious autyrism. It pretends that many mainstream theories are facts, while all alternative theories are absurdities that don't deserve any respect, but instead must be ridiculed or shouted down. Examples of alternatives that are shouted down are those that disagree with: the Big Bang; other mainstream cosmological theory; global warming theory; evolution theory; old age of Earth theory; mainstream economic theory; and mainstream education theory.

Support for unschooling, including support for self-directed education, seems to come from all major divisions in society, such as liberals/progressives, libertarians, anarchists/agorists and conservatives (Are there moderates any more and are they left out?). Can we all come to have and show respect for both conventional and alternative science theories? Can we stop practicing autyrism ourselves toward those ideas we find implausible? Can we acknowledge that our ideas are mostly just theories, not facts? Should we not think in terms of probability, rather than certainty? The less knowledge we have in any field, the lower we should rate the probability of the ideas or theories that we favor. The greater our knowledge, the higher we may rate them, but we must avoid supposing that anything is 100% probable, other than our own consciousness. This way, we can have greater respect for others and have more humility ourselves. And we can increase our ability to learn more and increase knowledge and wisdom.

Statist Science: The Corruption of Science in America
Geophysicist J Herndon explains how the U.S. government corrupted science after World War II via the National Science Foundation, a government agency. He spells out 4 major flaws of the NSF and gives some history of science and its corruption.

Not even trying: the corruption of real science
"The destruction of real science was concealed by the escalation of hype and spin, thus science was gradually rebuilt as a Potemkin Village: a superficially-impressive façade of pseudo-knowledge concealing a morass of corrupt bureaucracy and mediocre careerism."

I found good evidence that the Jewish holocaust of WW2 is true at the first 2 links here, but evidence against it in the next links. I was surprised that the evidence against seems better than the evidence for it.

The Nizkor Project: What proof exists that the Nazis practiced genocide or deliberately killed six million Jews?

What is the best evidence that proves beyond reasonable doubt that the Holocaust occurred?

The Great Holocaust Mystery: Reconsidering the Evidence, Thomas Dalton

The Victories of Revisionism

It appears that some of the Zionists who wanted a homeland in Palestine for the Jews since the 1870s or so published claims in major newspapers periodically since that time that various countries in Europe were killing 5 or 6 million Jews. When the Allies conquered the Nazis, it seems that some of the Zionists were then eager to blame the Nazis for what they had previously blamed on other nations, i.e. the holocaust. This was persuasive for getting Jews to migrate to Israel and for getting donations to support the Zionist cause and Israel. I hope to research this in more detail shortly.

Here are the first two online articles I've found of interest. The first one sounds plausible, although I hadn't heard this info before. The second article sounds much less plausible and it seems bigoted against Jews. I'll keep digging after this. But it appears that Zionists may have caused WW2.

I found good evidence that the Jewish holocaust of WW2 is true at the first 2 links here, but evidence against it in the next links. I was surprised that the evidence against seems better than the evidence for it.
There doesn't need to be evidence one way or the other.

If you question anything about "the Holocaust", you will be labeled an antisemite.

Getting into a debate about this stuff, or even talking about it is a mistake. In some places they will put you in jail.

Then why are you talking about it here? And why are all the websites that talk about it not shut down?

Thanks for the warning, but I think it's important to discuss things to find out historical truth. Apparently, the revisionists have had a positive effect, as the truth seems to be coming out. I don't know what the overall truth is, but I read that the Auschwitz place changed their sign saying the number of holocaust victims there was much lower than initially claimed.

Mathis shows that Hitler was likely a Zionist Jew and his death was likely faked, as seems to be the case with many celebrities. This would explain why Hitler refused to supply the German troops in Russia with warm clothing for the cold winter there.

Measuring the universe is conventionally done with the redshift of light spectra, but it's based on the assumption that the object with the redshift is receding at a velocity and distance directly related to the redshift. However, it's likely that the objects with redshifts have bipolar jets and its the electrons in the near-side jets which are receding with redshift velocities. One high redshift object is visible in front of a low-redshift galaxy, therefore redshift doesn't measure the distance to the object, nor the velocity of the object, but only the velocity of the electrons in the near-side jets.
- Black holes and gravitons do not exist in the ways conventionally theorized, so measuring the universe with black holes is doubtful, especially since it likely accepts conventional redshift assumptions.
- Dark matter and dark energy don't exist, but they're assumed to account for the anomalous velocities of stars in the outer portions of galactic disks. However, the electrical force in Debye cells, i.e. ionized plasma cells in space, and the electric charge on stars already accounts for the anomalous velocities. See Charles Chandler's papers at .

The upper classes and women made Christianity popular in early centuries.

The Rise of Christianity: How the Obscure, Marginal Jesus Movement Became the Dominant Force In the Western World in a Few Centuries
Date: 1997/05/09
Abstract: This "fresh, blunt, and highly persuasive account of how the West was won—for Jesus" (Newsweek) is now available in paperback. Stark's provocative report challenges conventional wisdom and finds that Christianity's astounding dominance of the Western world arose from its offer of a better, more secure way of life. "Compelling reading" (Library Journal) that is sure to "generate spirited argument" (Publishers Weekly), this account of Christianity's remarkable growth within the Roman Empire is the subject of much fanfare. "Anyone who has puzzled over Christianity's rise to dominance...must read it." says Yale University's Wayne A. Meeks, for The Rise of Christianity makes a compelling case for startling conclusions. Combining his expertise in social science with historical evidence, and his insight into contemporary religion's appeal, Stark finds that early Christianity attracted the privileged rather than the poor, that most early converts were women or marginalized Jews—and ultimately "that Christianity was a success because it proved those who joined it with a more appealing, more assuring, happier, and perhaps longer life" (Andrew M. Greeley, University of Chicago).

*(This website seems to have a good summary of the book.)

Note: The "Holy" Roman Empire turned early libertarian Christianity into an authoritarian religion, but some Christians have returned to the libertarian roots. See

Liberating Castes in India
Whither Dalit Liberation
... If caste system and its offspring have to be dealt with appropriately, there needs to be an alternative system that can effectively take it on. Such systems and structures are a far cry in the Adijan communities because of millennia old co-option technology unleashed on them by the caste forces. Such technology has been so successful that even educated Adijan leaders don’t give a damn for regenerating the latent internal governance systems of the communities. It’s a tragedy that the leadership does not recognize the existence of the community’s inner strength based on its cultural values.
- I must add that the Adijan culture is loaded with multiple values. It is not uniform nor is it uni-focal. It is the beauty of the Adijan culture that it is open to differences and is very inclusive. The caste system is inherently exclusive. Adijan system is inherently inclusive. The difference is that caste forces have developed discourses of inclusiveness to camouflage their exclusive system effectively. To take the Adijan system to the mainstream, the Adijan leadership should immediately give it formal structures that can stand above oppressive systems and structures.
- The development of Adijan systems and structures cannot immediately be started at the national level. It has to start at the level of the community with mechanisms of internal governance. For example, promotion of Adijan festivals to replace some festivals of Hinduism that are direct insults on the Adijan ancestors can be a starting point. The Adijan leadership should also provide alternative festival to the community so that they are not left empty without anything to fall back. Such festivals should revive the celebratory dimension of the Adijan community.
- Conflict resolution can quickly become an internal affair of Adijan leadership instead of running to the caste leadership for resolution of even family disputes. ...

Use gaming to change the system.

With inspiration from , make code for virtual city games that allows users to change local ordinances such as to safeguard unschoolers, protect the local environment, end local corruption etc.

Code to show which parts of the city or the area and which people are controlled by irresponsible corporations and which parts are controlled by responsible people and show which residents are responsible, i.e. not irresponsible. That would alert the people to when their city or area is in danger.

This kind of gaming could be useful to Free Staters and other activists for ending corruption, i.e. abuse of power etc.

PS: Use plat books to make the layout of each city, county, etc. That should tell us who owns what.

Why Pro Se Litigants Have a Hard Time.
Whether it's the high cost of lawyers' fees or growing distrust of lawyers in general, there is a mounting trend these days for more people to fight without a lawyer. The American Bar Association (ABA) reports
    60% of the public can't afford a lawyer.
    20% simply don't want to spend the money.
    50% just don't trust lawyers!
Yet ½ of all court proceedings involve at least one pro se party. Too many pro se people lose ... needlessly! Ever wonder why you were never taught anything about court procedure or the rules of evidence in your tax-supported schools?

Who benefits from your legal ignorance? You guessed it. Lawyers!
    Most pro se people know nothing about the official Rules of Evidence that control the judge and all parties and their lawyers.
    Most pro se people know nothing about the official Rules of Procedure that control the judge and all parties and their lawyers.
    Most pro se people have no idea what "due process" really is.
    Most pro se people can't recognize the opposing lawyer's dirty tricks.
    Most pro se people assume what "admissible evidence" is and don't know what stuff isn't.
    Most pro se people draft their pleadings and motions incorrectly - usually with far too many words!
    Most pro se people don't know why it's vital to write proposed orders for the judge to sign.
    Most pro se people don't know why, when, or how to make effective objections in court.
    Most pro se people don't understand what facts are critical to winning a case and what facts are of no consequence.
    Most pro se people muddy the legal waters with court-confusing insignificance.
    Most pro se people don't know how to find and cite controlling appellate opinions in support of their motions.
    Most pro se people don't arrange in advance of every proceeding to have a court stenographer present, so they can control the judge.
    Most pro se people waste valuable court time with non-essentials, fail to appreciate the needs of others who have other problems to bring before the court and, as a consequence, tend to make judges dread pro se cases and hate pro se people.

Title: Re: Fiber Causes Constipation etc (Future School: Get Smart Blog)
Post by: Luck on September 26, 2016, 07:00:33 pm

I thought the site was a big breakthrough, showing that low carb, low fiber diet is best, but I found that the site explaind several reasons the GutSense site is incorrect. And the author of MedCapsules is a former doctor turned herbalist who seems to be more knowledgeable than most others on health matters. I'll share some of his main recommendations in the next post.

Here is the critique of GutSense:

It says some soluble fiber is needed in order to feed microflora of the lower GI tract. GutSense tacitly agrees, but fails to emphasize that. The critic recommends rice bran or fructooligosaccharides (FOS) to feed the microflora and Gut Sense seems fairly in agreement.

Candida yeast infection is what got me on a temporary special diet recently. I'm now using the supplements etc recommended by MedCapsules, which are:
1. amla berries vitamin C to restore adrenal function [It says avoid synthetic vitamin C, which is unstable and breaks down while setting on the shelf];
2. pantothenic acid vitamin B5 also for the adrenals;
3. licorice root caps for the liver and kidneys;
4. 25mg zinc with 2mg copper per day;
5. yucca root caps to kill Candida yeast;
6. kefir to restore microflora (buy a bottle of kefir, then pour half a cup into a quart jar with milk and let set out over night or so to make a batch of kefir; you can blend some banana and add it to the kefir when ready to drink it; it's best to drink a cup or so of kefir on an empty stomach before and after bed time.);
7. a teaspoon or so of rice bran each day to feed the microflora.

While trying the GutSense program last month for about 2 weeks I went 3 days without bowel movements twice and, unfortunately I used milk of magnesia both times. As the critic points out elsewhere at milk of magnesia is a hydroxide, which he says is very caustic and can cause damage to the GI tract, although it doesn't seem to be caustic holding it in the mouth. If I had it to do over, I'd use epsom salt or glycerin suppositories to aid bowel movement in an emergency. I've been taking slippery elm bark capsules and a magnesium supplement to help prevent constipation, which the MedCapsules recommended. It also says lack of intestinal flora tends to cause constipation. I think I may have restored my microflora by now.

GutSense claimed that fiber can trap air and cause stools to float. I had read before that undigested fats cause floating stools, so I assumed that I wasn't digesting fats properly. But since I switched to using the supplements recommended by MedCapsules, I'm no longer having floating stools much, so it seems GutSense is right that gases or air in the stools was making them float. That's a relief, as it means I probably don't have a problem digesting fats after all. I probably have about as much fiber in my diet now as I had before, so it seems that the MedCapsules supplements are what made the difference for me. I think I have under ten grams of fiber a day, which seems okay, instead of the 32 grams that Mercola I think advises, because fiber causes stools to enlarge, I think, which isn't likely to be helpful.
Title: Re: MAJOR FIND: Reduce Fiber??? UPDATE (Future School: Get Smart Blog)
Post by: Luck on October 11, 2016, 02:14:35 pm

PREVENT HEART PROBLEMS & STROKES says amla berries vitamin C (not synthetic vitamin C) is also important for strengthening the blood vessels. It says vitamin C goes to the adrenal glands first to build them up, then it goes to the blood vessels.

Vitamin B5 as in rice bran is also needed for the adrenals and maybe for the blood vessels too.

Lecithin granules remove plaque from the blood vessels.

Magnesium softens plaque for easier removal and it keeps blood pressure low or normal.

Licorice root capsules help the liver and kidneys.
Bitters on the tongue, such as before a meal, causes flushing of the liver.

Coconut oil & soy foods help weight loss.

Apple cider vinegar often helps improve energy levels.

Italian detectives have demanded the authorisation to place under formal investigation a US envoy for the murder of former Prime Minister Aldo Moro in 1978.Prosecutors in Rome said there is "serious evidence" suggesting Steve Pieczenik, a former State Department international crisis manager, participated in the murder that shocked Italy.Moro was kidnapped at gunpoint by Red Brigades terrorists who ambushed his car, killing his chauffeur and five policemen, in a street of the Italian capital on 16 March, 1978.He was held hostage at a secret location for 54 days and finally killed after the government led by his fellow party member, Giulio Andreotti, refused to negotiate for his release.Pieczenik was sent to Italy, a strategic ally to Washington in the Cold War, by President Jimmy Carter as an adviser on the crisis.The day he was kidnapped, Moro, who was the president of the ruling Christian Democrat Party (DC), was heading to parliament ahead of a crucial vote on a historic plan he had designed to strike an alliance with the Communists.The idea of having Western Europe's largest Communist Party suddenly catapulted into the government for the first time was loathed by the US administration.Moro's widow, Eleonora, once claimed that Henry Kissinger told her husband he was going to "pay dearly for it".Demanding the authorisation to proceed against Pieczenik, Rome's general prosecutor Luigi Ciampoli wrote that serious evidence suggests the American worked behind the lines to make sure that the Moro's murder was the only "necessary and inescapable" option left available to his abductors. Pieczenik, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, with a MIT doctorate in international relations, admitted playing a pivotal role in the Italian statesman demise in a 2008 book.In We Killed Aldo Moro, the Cuban native claimed the politician was "sacrificed" for the stability of Italy, adding that up to the last day of Moro's captivity he was "afraid they would free him".In another interview with France 5 television channel he claimed that the decision to force the kidnappers' hand was made four weeks after the abduction, "when Moro's letters became desperate and he was about to reveal state secrets".The body of the Italian politician was found in the back of a car parked in central Rome in between the offices of the Communist Party and the DC.As the investigation touches sensitive state matters linked to terrorism and foreign intelligence, detectives need authorisation from the ministry of justice to proceed.The request came as prosecutors demanded that a linked probe on allegations that two Italian intelligence agents were present at the site of Moro kidnapping be dismissed.Moro served as Italian Prime Minister from 1963 to 1968 and again from 1974 to 1976.

It’s Over: Hillary’s ISIS Email Just Leaked and it’s Worse Than Anyone Could Have Imagined

Wednesday, November 2, 2016 3:55
(Before It's News)

Today Wikileaks released what is, by far, the most devastating leak of the entire campaign. ... Even though when Trump called Hillary the ‘founder’ of ISIS he was telling the truth and 100% accurate, the media has never stopped ripping him apart over it.

Today the media is forced to eat their hats because the newest batch of leaked emails show Hillary, in her own words, admitting to doing just that, funding and running ISIS.

John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign chair, who was also a counselor to President Obama at the time, was the recipient of the 2014 email which was released today.

Assange promised his latest batch of leaks would lead to the indictment of Hillary, and it looks like he was not kidding.  The email proves Hillary knew and was complicit in the funding and arming of ISIS by our ‘allies’ Saudi Arabia and Qatar!

... “the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL ...” Clinton wrote

The media is yet to report on this, even though Wikileaks has a 10 year history of being 100% accurate in their leaks, never once releasing info that proved to be false.

Can you guess why?

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that The Saudi’s brag about funding 20% of Hillary’s Presidential campaign, and along with Qatar, are among the largest donors to the CLINTON FOUNDATION.

... Clinton’s campaign and her Clinton Foundation are literally funded by the SAME PEOPLE who are funding ISIS and killing hundreds of thousands of innocents in the Middle East, and now, even here at home.

This is nothing short of TREASON.  Hillary must be sent to trial and held accountable for crimes against humanity and Treason against the United States of America.

We know the media will do all in their power to bury this story so it is up to us to use social media to make sure every voter in America knows this before they cast their vote for president on Nov 8th.

I’m one of the 15 WikiLeaks personnel that were raided at the same time Julian’s internet was cut at the Ecuadorian embassy. I was issued a national security letter and a gag order, and all my computer equipment was seized. We had several contingency communication plans in place, and I have been unable to contact Julian or any WikiLeaks personnel except for one through our alternative communication channels.

Julian is missing as are most of the WikiLeaks personnel that I had regular communications with. WikiLeaks personnel are NOT in control of the official Twitter account. The WikiLeaks IAMA on Reddit was NOT conducted by WikiLeaks personnel.

TthreeciDuproesSpaititya:ilzrtahveerialCoonastt prevented the deadman’s switch from being activated. There is a contingency plan, but

There has been an incredible charade to keep up the appearance that Julain is fine. Several trusted people are obviously under duress as I cannot imagine any reason why they would promote the charade.

Child exploitation in EVERY COUNTRY is run by the same people at the top. We have proof that the drug market is controlled by intelligence agencies to fund black projects. We received these leaks from several sources including the NSA, FBI. NYPD, France’s DGSI, Interpol, Scotland Yard, and Switzerlands MND. Our Podesta leaks were automated and they decided to let them continue because they knew the contents and did not deem them a threat to national security, and they wanted to keep up the charade that WikiLeaks was still operational. Phase 3, the Clinton Foundation mails, were also automated, however, they shut these leaks down due to national security (U.S.) security.

The destruction of WikiLeaks was an unprecedented global effort.

due to public outrage. The CIA is at war with the NSA due to an exponential rise in technology and surveillance capabilities. The NSA became aware of the CIA’s global governrnent manipulation, especially the manipulation of the U.S. and U.K. governments, and their global child exploitation and blackmail network. The CIA and the people they protect are the old power structure.   Phase 3, the Clinton Foundation email, would have dealt a huge blow to the old power structure which is why they prevented the release of the emails at all costs. If there was a question about Julian’s safety, he would immediately appear at the balcony window to the public. He would not want the reputation and credibility of WikiLeaks to be in question.

22. Germany as Victim
23. Winners and Losers
Bibliography (91 books used for reference in addition to  those cited in the text)

1. Germany was portrayed as evil among the allies since WW1.  Examples of false propaganda are given from the movies,  "Schindler's List" and "Sophie's Choice". Before WW1 Germany  was regarded as a nation of peace and freedom. With the  outbreak of WW1 western media began making ridiculous  hysterical claims about the German military supposedly  bayonetting babies, raping and mutilating children etc, all  of which was proven false after the war, while German  propaganda merely portrayed the allies as mischievous.

2. In the aftermath of the war nearly a million Germans,  mostly women, children and the elderly, starved to death due  to Britain's blockade. The Versailles Treaty forced Germany  to make yearly reparations beyond its ability to pay, even  though Britain was the initiator of the war. The author  contends that the real reason for the war from Britain's  perspective was that Germany was becoming too competitive  economically. "Had America stayed out of [WW1], it is almost  certain that the war would have ended in a negotiated peace  with neither side achieving a victory. There would therefore  have been no Versailles Treaty." And the road to WW2 would  have been avoided.

3. American and British Jews at the WW1 Paris Peace  Conference prevented Woodrow Wilson's sane proposals from  being adopted and instead got the infamous Versailles Treaty  forced through.

4. The Bolsheviks of the Russian Revolution were almost all  Zionist Khazar Jews who terrorized the Russian people. The  earlier Russian pogroms expelled Khazar Jews from  communities, because they were clannish revolutionaries who  wanted to take over the government through violence. The  people knew that Jews were largely behind the violent French  Revolution too. German-Jewish and American-Jewish bankers  financed the Russian Revolution.

5. The Red Terror was the Jewish Bolsheviks torturing and  murdering people throughout Russia and causing famine such  as in Ukraine.

6. Europe's Nationalists, such as Mussolini in Italy, Franco  in Spain, Hitler in Germany, and others, were heroes who  saved their countries from Jewish Bolshevik terrorism in the  1920s.

7. Jews called themselves the Nation of Israel long before  the present nation of Israel formed. Christians and Muslims  considered usury to be a sin, so they did not lend out money  for interest, but the Jews did not recognize this sin, so  they got into excessively profitable banking by charging  usury, i.e. interest. Russia was a center of Jewish power  until after WW2. But many Russian Jews migrated to Israel  thereafter, so now the centers of Jewish power are the U.S.  and Israel. The 9/11 attacks and subsequent Middle East wars  have benefited Israel most of all.

8. The 1848 revolutions in Europe emancipated Jews who were  then able to help each other rise to positions of power in  commerce and professions. After WW1 they became free to rise  also in power in government. Since the Jews did not  assimilate into European culture, they were seen as aliens  who were controlling the native people's societies. "We  cannot permit an alien race to impose upon our working  people as their leaders" said Hitler.

9. In the early 1920s Germany had the largest Communist  Party in Europe, which was 78% Jewish. At that time Jews  were in complete control of Russia and in partial control in  Germany, France, Britain and the U.S. The Nazis realized  that Germany was ready to fall to the Red Terror, so they  determined to remove Jews from power in Germany. When Hitler  made their plan public, Jewish controlled media began a  relentless propaganda campaign against them. Hitler's large  group of supporters tried to take over the government of  Munich, but some were arrested. A sympathetic judge  sentenced Hitler to only 5 years, but he was pardoned after  8 months. He wrote his book while in prison. Hitler favored  German expansion into Russia whose leaders and aristocracy  had been German. The author contends that the Jews were  behind multiculturalism, open immigration and racial mixing  in Germany as a mean'[s to undermine German cohesion, and are behind similar ideas in the U.S. and Europe today for  similar reasons. When Hitler became leader of Germany, he  made great economic accomplishments for the nation.

10. National Socialism (NatSoc) was in defense of Western Christian civilization while Communism was dedicated to its destruction. NatSoc favored private property and market economy, while Communism abolished private property and used government central planning for the economy. NatSoc developed in 1918 as a response to Bolshevik Communism. Hitler never believed in a master race and never supported any program to breed a master race. Communism was never a dictatorship of the protaleriat, but of the Jewish elite. Bolsheviks pursued revenge against Russians. Revenge is a Jewish imperative. They killed 40 million Christian Russians.

11. Since Hitler threatened to remove Jews from political office in Germany, when he was elected Chancellor in 1933, the Jewish Diaspora, the world's most powerful trading and political bloc, declared war on Germany. They had been publishing propaganda against Hitler since 1921. In 1933 they went into hysterical mode and began a boycott of Germany. The American leader of the International Jewish Boycott Conference falsely accused Germany of committing atrocities against Jews. In 1952 Frank Britton explained that the Jewish persecution myth has been taught to Jews for centuries, but it ignores the fact that Jews have been responsible for persecuting others. When others then react in self-defense against Jewish persecution, Jews have complained of being victims. When an Englishman interviewed Jews in Germany, he found that the accusations of atrocities were unfounded. But such reports were not covered in the media.

12. Only about 600,000 Jews lived in Germany and Austria in the early 1930s. About 400,000 of them were peacefully removed by late 1941, so only 200,000 remained. In 1940 the Jewish news agency in Palestine, Palcor, said 500,000 Jews had immigrated from the German empire, but after 1950 it was claimed that only 80,000 Jews had left the German empire.

13. Germany prospered under Hitler, partly because it took control of the banks. Hitler was the world's most popular leader. Propaganda against Germany nonetheless continued.

14. In 1935 Hitler defied the Versailles Treaty and announced that Germany would start rebuilding its military. In 1936 Germany re-occupied the Rhineland.

15. At the 1936 Olympics in Germany the Olympic gold medal winner, Jesse Owens, a black man, met with Hitler and found the German people to be friendly and not at all racist. But Jewish propaganda continues to deny it.

16. In 1938 Austria and Germany voted over 99% to unite Austria with Germany. The Austrian economy quickly improved.

17. In 1939 Hitler and Britain's Chamberlain worked out an agreement to divide the newly formed country of Czechoslovakia back into 4 parts with Germany, Hungary and Poland retaking parts containing their populations. Hitler then made the remainder of Czechoslovakis, i.e. Bohemia and Moravia, a German protectorate to prevent them from being invaded by communist Russia. Britain's Churchill was anti-Jewish regarding the Russian Bolshevik Jews, but supported British Zion Jews. Churchill and F.D.Roosevelt were the primary war mongers of the time. He wanted to deflect Jews away from terrorism in Europe and to get them to be partners in imperialism against Arabs. Britain's war mongers pretended that Germany was terrible for annexing the Sudetenland part of Czechoslovakia where German people lived, but they said nothing about Poland annexing the Polish part, or Hungary for annexing the Hungarian part.

(NOTE: I'm not antisemitic. I favor the Christian concept of loving everyone and harming no one. The Jewish, Christian and Muslim Bibles are often interpreted as promoting cruelty and injustice, but I believe those interpretations are incorrect. Wrong interpretations promote racism among all races. Let's end such nonsense, which thwarts human progress. Let's make the world better for all.)

WW2 Era

The Myth of German Villainy
(2012) <<PART 2>>

18. Hitler publicly declared since the 1920s his hope of reunifying all Germans who were separated after WW1 and many people around the world still thought it was reasonable in the late 1930s as German lands and people were gradually reunited. But mostly Jewish propaganda in the major media pretended that Hitler wanted to take over the world. The fact that he renounced claims to the Alsace-Lorraine section of France proves this was false. As Hitler was negotiating an agreement with Poland for access to German territory, the Kristalnacht incident occurred. A young Jew killed a German embassy official in Paris in revenge for deportation of Jews from Germany. The German people heard about the killing and, being frustrated with Jewish propaganda against Germany, German youths in many cities broke windows and burned synagogues. Hitler's government denounced the violence and threatened to imprison anyone involved.

But the international media stepped up propaganda efforts, calling for war. Many German Jews in the film and motion picture industry moved from Germany to Hollywood and proceeded to make films promoting hatred of Germany. F.D.Roosevelt envied Hitler's successes with Germany's economy and hated him passionately, while completely overlooking the mass killings of ethnic Russians promoted by his buddy, Stalin, in Communist Russia (U.S.S.R.). FDR's administration encouraged France and Britain to take actions that would precipitate war with Germany. The U.S. was hampered however from making war by its strong antiwar movement.

U.S., British and French war mongers made a deal with Poland declaring that Britain and France would come to Poland's aid if Germany attacked Poland. So Poland encouraged violence against Germans in the NW Polish Corridor territory. Poles and Bolshevik Jews murdered about 58,000 Germans. When Hitler's many peaceful efforts to stop the abuses failed, he decided to invade the corridor to protect the many Germans still there. Stalin of Russia didn't want to make the agreement with the allies regarding Poland, because he didn't want to end up fighting Germany alone, so he and Hitler made a non-aggression pact. Hitler did it to make it safe to enter the Polish Corridor. In August 1939 Poland was aggressively engaging in skirmishes in German areas along the Polish border. Finally on September 1 Germany invaded Poland. Britain and France then declared war on Germany, though they had no means to engage in war in Poland. When Russia invaded Poland weeks later, Britain and France expressed no concern, proving they were not interested in helping Poland, but only in destroying Germany. Poland could have prevented WW2 and the loss of millions of Poles and the decades of suppression under the U.S.S.R., had it been willing to make a reasonable agreement with Germany regarding the Polish Corridor.

19. Britain and France blockaded Germany and a sea battle broke out. Churchill became the new Prime Minister of Britain and promoted all-out war with Germany.

20. To prevent Britain and France from invading Germany Hitler had his forces invade France through the low countries. Instead of murdering the allied troops on the coast of France at Dunkirk, Hitler allowed them to go by boat to Britain, proving he was not aggressive. The books, "Roosevelt's Secret War" by Perisco and "Day of Deceit" by Stinnett, show that FDR provoked Japan to attack Pearl Harbor and he refused to warn the commanders at Pearl Harbor of the attack, so he could declare war on Japan and Germany. Jews surrounded both Churchill and Roosevelt and controlled the information and news media with false propaganda, so they were largely responsible for the war.

21. The Jewish author and fellow Jews devised the Lindemann Plan to bomb civilian targets in Germany. Millions of German civilians were killed in the bombings, including refugees fleeing from Russian invaders in the east. The Morgenthau Plan was to divide up Germany after the war and give its industry to Russia. Churchill reluctantly agreed to the plan, because Britain was broke and with the plan was a promise of 6.5 billion dollars. The war was obviously largely a racist Jewish plot for a holocaust against Germans. The Nuremburg trials after the war were a kangaroo court controlled by Jews, who believed the Zionist propaganda just like others did.

22. Hitler outlawed Communism in 1933 and had revolution-promoting Communists executed. Most of them were Jews and this angered Jews elsewhere. They falsely claimed that Germany was trying to exterminate the Jewish race and during the war was doing this in concentration camps. There were undoubtedly forced labor camps in Germany, but only for those who opposed Germany. Many Jews were free and unharmed in Germany during the war. Many in the camps were not Jews.
The book, "Target Patton" by Bazata, says snipers followed the advancing allies and murdered wounded German soldiers who had surrendered. At the end of the war 1,800 British and U.S. fighter planes destroyed German infrastructure and killed as many German refugees as they could. Germans began to starve for lack of food and people in labor camps began to starve for the same reason. Stalin's propaganda minister had pamphlets air-dropped to Russian troops invading Germany, saying Germans are our enemy. You must rape and kill all Germans. They are not human. Russian and Jewish invaders committed terrible torture and murder against large numbers of German men, women and children. The allies only stopped the cruelty against Germans, because they needed German cooperation in the Cold War.

23. All countries controlled by the U.S.S.R. after the war were ruled by Jews. Jews gained the most of anyone from the war, though many pretend they were the main victims. This was admitted by numerous Jews in power. Most Jews left Russia after stealing a large share of its wealth. They moved to Israel and the U.S. They continue to control western nations via the neocons and neolibs.

History Now

Looks like Assange is still okay and in the Ecuadoran embassy. Here below is part of his latest interview. Before the election he predicted that the establishment would not permit Trump to win. (See .) He was apparently wrong, but doesn't mention that here.

Julian Assange: “Donald? It’s a change anyway”

Repubblica met Julian Assange in the embassy, nicely decorated for the Christmas season.

In a famous interview, you declared that at the beginning you thought that your biggest role would be in China and in some of the former Soviet states and North Africa. Quite the opposite, most of WikiLeaks’ biggest revelations concern the US military-industrial complex, its wars in Afghanistan and in Iraq and its serious human rights violations in the war on terror. These abuses have had a heavy impact in an open and democratic society like the United States and produced ‘dissidents’ like Chelsea Manning willing to expose them. Why aren’t human rights abuses producing the same effects in regimes like China or Russia, and what can be done to democratise information in those countries?

“In Russia, there are many vibrant publications, online blogs, and Kremlin critics such as [Alexey] Navalny are part of that spectrum. There are also newspapers like “Novaya Gazeta”, in which different parts of society in Moscow are permitted to critique each other and it is tolerated, generally, because it isn’t a big TV channel that might have a mass popular effect, its audience is educated people in Moscow. ... We have published more than 800,000 documents about or referencing Russia and president Putin, so we do have quite a bit of coverage, but the majority of our publications come from Western sources, though not always. For example, we have published more than 2 million documents from Syria, including Bashar al-Assad personally. Sometimes we make a publication about a country and they will see WikiLeaks as a player within that country, like with Timor East and Kenya. The real determinant is how distant that culture is from English. Chinese culture is quite far away”.

What can be done there?
“We have published some things in Chinese. It is necessary to be seen as a local player and to adapt the language to the local culture”.

There is strict control of the web in China…
“China banned us in 2007, we have worked around that censorship at various times, publishers there were too scared to publish [our documents]. The feeling is mixed within China: they of course like to see the Western critique that a number of our publications enable. China is not a militaristic society, they don’t see they have a comparative advantage in making warfare, so they presumably like general critiques of war, but it is a society that is authority-structured, which is terrified of dissidents, whereas if you compare it to Russia, it too is an increasingly authoritarian society, but one that has a cultural tradition of lionising dissidents”.

WikiLeaks published documents on Hillary Clinton and the US Democrats. How do you reply to those who accuse you of having helped to elect Mr. Trump?
“What is the allegation here exactly? We published what the Democratic National Committee, John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, and Hillary Clinton herself were saying about their own campaign, which the American people read and were very interested to read, and assessed the elements and characters, and then they made a decision. That decision was based on Hillary Clinton’s own words, her campaign manager’s own words. That’s democracy”.

Do you agree with those who say that it was a hit job, because you hit Hillary Clinton when she was most vulnerable, during the final weeks of her campaign?
“No, we have been publishing about Hillary Clinton for many years, because of her position as Secretary of State. We have been publishing her cables since 2010 and her emails also. We are domain experts on Clinton and her post 2008 role in government. This is why it is natural for sources who have information on Hillary Clinton to come to us. They know we will understand its significance”.

So Clinton is gone, has WikiLeaks won?
“We were pleased to see how much of the American public interacted with the material we published. That interaction was on both sides of politics, including those to the left of Hillary Clinton those who supported Bernie Sanders, who were able to see the structure of power within the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and how the Clintons had placed Debbie Wasserman Schultz to head up the DNC and as a result the DNC had tilted the scales of the process against Bernie Sanders”.

What about Donald Trump? What is going to happen?
“If the question is how I personally feel about the situation, I am mixed: Hillary Clinton and the network around her imprisoned one of our alleged sources for 35 years, Chelsea Manning, tortured her according to the United Nations, in order to implicate me personally. According to our publications Hillary Clinton was the chief proponent and the architect of the war against Libya. It is clear that she pursued this war as a staging effort for her Presidential bid. It wasn’t even a war for an ideological purpose. This war ended up producing the refugee crisis in Europe, changing the political colour of Europe, killing more than 40,000 people within a year in Libya, while the arms from Libya went to Mali and other places, boosting or causing civil wars, including the Syrian catastrophe. If someone and their network behave like that, then there are consequences. Internal and external opponents are generated. Now there is a separate question on what Donald Trump means”.

What do you think he means?
“Hillary Clinton’s election would have been a consolidation of power in the existing ruling class of the United States. Donald Trump is not a DC insider, he is part of the wealthy ruling elite of the United States, and he is gathering around him a spectrum of other rich people and several idiosyncratic personalities. They do not by themselves form an existing structure, so it is a weak structure which is displacing and destabilising the pre-existing central power network within DC. It is a new patronage structure which will evolve rapidly, but at the moment its looseness means there are opportunities for change in the United States: change for the worse and change for the better”.

In these ten years of WikiLeaks, you and your organisation have experienced all sorts of attacks. What have you learned from this warfare?
“Power is mostly the illusion of power. The Pentagon demanded we destroy our publications. We kept publishing. Clinton denounced us and said we were an attack on the entire “international community”. We kept publishing. I was put in prison and under house arrest. We kept publishing. We went head to head with the NSA getting Edward Snowden out of Hong Kong, we won and got him asylum. Clinton tried to destroy us and was herself destroyed. Elephants, it seems, can be brought down with string. Perhaps there are no elephants”. ...

I think the following linked article does a pretty good job of explaining how Democrats are no longer Leftist/Progressive.

An open letter to 'the Left': In which I try and explain how a Far-Left liberal voted for Trump (same here)

The Left needs to stop putting its faith in Science. Religion is often worse, but it's best to be skeptical of everything, because of potential corruption. See the following example.

Another Housing Bubble?
By Michael Wednesday, May 24, 2017 Interviews housing affordability, student debt   Permalink

TRNN, May 24, 2017.

Economist Michael Hudson explains that even though housing prices are back up at 2008 levels homeownership is at a much lower level and banks have their loans guaranteed by the US government

SHARMINI PERIES: It’s The Real News Network. I’m Sharmini Peries, coming to you from Baltimore. Just prior to the economic collapse of 2007-2008 there were several economic indicators which could have given us a clue of the impending disaster. If we look at the economic situation today in the US, we find many of these very same indicators. Housing prices are getting very high. Credit card debt has begun to rise again. Student loans are in default, many of them, and the stock and bond markets reached an all-time high.

Are we actually in another housing bubble just nine years later? On to talk about this with me is Michael Hudson. Michael is Professor of Economics at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He is the author of The Bubble and Beyond and Finance Capitalism and Its Discontent. His most recent book is titled Killing the Host: How Financial Parasites and Debt Bondage Destroy the Global Economy. That’s actually not his latest book. His latest book, which we have covered extensively, is J is for Junk Economics. Michael, good to have you with us.

MICHAEL HUDSON: Good to be here.

SHARMINI PERIES: Michael, about 10,000,000 families lost their homes in the 2007-2008 crash, and many of these homes were bought by hedge funds such as the ones organized by Blackstone let’s say. The hedge funds didn’t really resell the housing that they bought, but rather hung onto them and rented them instead. But let’s really start off with the indicators that you had highlighted for me in an email, saying we might already be there in terms of another crisis. Give us the essence of what those indicators are and why you predict that.

MICHAEL HUDSON: Many of the indicators may be the same, but the character of the crisis is very different now from what it was in 2008. You mentioned, for instance, that real estate prices now exceed their early 2008 levels. All that’s true, but as you just pointed out, 10,000,000 people have already lost their homes. That’s what economists call housing moving from weak hands into strong, and they applaud that because instead of poor families, minorities, African-Americans and Hispanics buying homes that are way beyond their ability to pay the mortgage on, these houses have already been lost or foreclosed and Blackstone bought them, and other hedge funds bought them. They bought them with cash.

The reason they did that (instead of by the debt leveraging – the basic real estate strategy since World War I), is that interest rates available on bonds are so low. More money can be made as landlords than by writing mortgages. The Fed was plunging its zero interest rate policy (ZIRP) in order to try to re-inflate a bubble. But with these low interest rates, Blackstone and other hedge funds in Wall Street could make more money renting out these properties than they could by actually selling them or speculating In fact, these were better returns than they could make in the bond market.

The effect is very interesting. Leading up to 2008, rents were actually going down. The more real estate prices were going up, the lower rents were falling, because 17% of the market was by flippers, by speculators who borrowed to buy a home or apartment. They thought okay, we’re going to buy a condo, buy a house, we’re going to wait for the price to be inflated. They all were desperate to find somebody to live in these apartments, to at least help cover the interest expense of buying these things.

The result was that rents fell. Right now it’s the opposite. Rents are going way up because there’s much less property available either to buy or to rent. People can’t afford to qualify for the bank loan, so they can’t afford to buy housing, and they can’t find rental apartments because these have been monopolized, maybe 20% in some areas by the hedge funds, Blackstone and other people.

My friend Gary Null, for instance, had Blackstone buy his building, smashed the furnace, wouldn’t turn on the heat, and forced him to move out so it could empty out the property and try to raise the price. That’s on commercial real estate. So these guys are really putting the class war back in business.

Housing prices are going up in Canada and Australia, but again it’s not so much a bubble like it was before. The financial structure has shifted, largely because it’s being bought by very wealthy absentee owners instead of by the population as a whole. So the rate of home ownership in America has fallen by about six percentage points. That’s about 10% of the housing population, so you’re having housing way beyond the ability of most Americans to afford and beyond what banks are going to lend to buy a house.

SHARMINI PERIES: All right. How does this benefit those holding the property, like hedge fund owners?

MICHAEL HUDSON: They can make a large return renting it out. They can make five, 10, 15%. That’s much more money than they can make in the bond market and it’s much more secure money than they can make in the stock market, because stock prices may go down and corporate sales may go down as the economy shrinks, but people are desperate to have housing. It’s the one thing they absolutely need, so rents now are rising as a percent of the American budget. They’re 40% to 50% of income in places like New York City, San Francisco, the high rent areas of the country.

(Continued from previous post)

MICHAEL HUDSON: That’s the other thing that’s changed. What was powering and pushing up prices in 2007 and ’08 were loans to borrowers with No Income, No Jobs, and No Assets. As Bill Black has explained on your show, these are largely fraudulent loans. The frauds were the banks. The frauds were the mortgage companies that just faked the incomes of the buyers and would lend for almost the entire mortgage.

Now we only have one kind of NINJA left, and those are students. Student loans have been the most rapidly growing loans in the country. They’re now about $1.3 trillion, more than credit card loans, more than most other kinds of loans. Everybody knows that students are not able to earn enough to repay them, because default rates on student loans are going way up. They’re not going up on mortgages. They’re falling on mortgages – home mortgages – but they’re rising on student loans.

But the banks knew that they couldn’t pay and the government knew that they couldn’t pay, so the government made a sweetheart deal with the banks: “You can make all the loans to students you want. You can lend them as much money for any education, even for junk education, for junk colleges, or for-profit colleges like Trump’s college, and we know that the students are going to default, but we’re going to guarantee your loans and we’ll guarantee a higher rate of interest than you can make on any other loan, because we know these loans are risky. We know they won’t pay, but the government will take all the risk and we’ll pay you as if you were taking the risk and as if you were making a real loan, thinking you’d get repaid.”

The whole student loan scandal is a corrupt. It shows the degree to which the universities and the government loan system have been taken over by banks writing the loans to give themselves a free ride at public expense.

SHARMINI PERIES: Michael, the federal government already guarantees student loans, so when they default on these loans, does paying it back come out of the public purse?

MICHAEL HUDSON: Yes. Not only paying back the loan, but paying the loan with enormous interest, higher than the banks can get on any other kind of loan, and very heavy penalty fees, so the banks are basically cleaning up on these. The ultimate beneficiaries, if you can call them beneficiaries, are the universities, because the basic principle in real estate that we learned in 2008 was that a house is worth whatever a bank is going to lend. Well, the same thing is true for education.

An education is worth however much a bank is going to lend against it. The bank will lend everything that it costs, because there’s no risk, there’s no need for the banks to ask whether this is a junk education? Is this an educational loan that the student is really going to be able to get a job from? Or is it a Trump University loan or a for-profit university loan that is not really preparing the student for making enough money at all? And does the student have a choice?

What’s happened is the price of education has gone way, way up because banks are basically funding an enormous growth in the price that universities can charge for an education. Now the pretense was that if universities charge more, like NYU charges maybe $40,000 for undergraduate and $200,000 a year in student debt for dental school … The idea was the higher price of an education, you’d learn more. But that’s not what’s happening at all.

The universities have been turned into profit centers and they’re not hiring more professors, they’re hiring more part-timers, and an enormous growth in middle management and upper management. So all these bloated university expenditure costs are going to the management system, not to the teaching, not to professors, and not to turning out a good product.

So the effect of student lending has been to distort the educational system, to turn universities like NYU into a big real estate company. They’re using the money to buy more real estate, to build up all sorts of extraneous things that don’t have anything to do directly with classroom teaching at all. So hardly by surprise, the students are not getting enough of an education to prepare them to earn the money to pay these loans.

SHARMINI PERIES: Michael, lastly I want to ask you, you are predicting, or you speak of a slow crash rather than a big crash like we experienced in 2007-2008. Tell us about that.

MICHAEL HUDSON: Well, the problem in 2008 was that the economy was over-indebted. The way to solve the problem was to do what crashes normally do: Most crashes wipe out debt, and so the recovery begins from an economy with a much lower level in debt, but the Obama Administration, although it had promised to write down the debts, never did. It supported the banks, and it left all the debts on the books, so the economy still has all of the debt that it had in 2008. And the debt is growing.

Over the weekend, for instance, the New York Times celebrated, saying the economy’s optimism is going up because debt is rising. If you look at the National Bureau of Economic Research, economists call running into debt “optimism,” because they assume that all debt is a choice. People are choosing to be so broke that they have to run into credit card debt and borrow more from the banks.

The fact is that people are not borrowing because they’re optimistic about the economy. They’re borrowing because they can’t afford to break even and pay for their housing and pay for their education without running into debt. And, they’re having to pay so much money in debt service that they can’t afford to buy goods and services.
If you look around New York University, for instance, which used to be a thriving area, right now 8th Street and the big shopping streets are boarded up. The storefronts are closed. Nobody is in them because nobody can afford to go and eat out or buy books or even buy shoes and clothes that they used to buy on these shopping streets, because they have to pay so much for their education that’s been pushed up by the reckless student loan lending.

SHARMINI PERIES: All right, Michael, so much more to discuss. I thank you so much for joining us for now. I’m looking forward to your report next week. Thank you.

MICHAEL HUDSON: Thank you Sharmini.

SHARMINI PERIES: And thank you for joining us here on The Real News Network.

Whites [& others] Going Their Own Way

Where are they now, these people who once built this nation? They are Whites Going Their Own Way (WGTOW) who have dropped out, moved away from the big cities, set themselves up with rougher surroundings, and done their best to secede from political and economic life. They are earning less to avoid paying taxes, and doing more through barter and producing their own food, supplies and tools.

If you go to the outer suburbs here, every other house seems to be subsidized to some degree by reselling products on eBay or other internet work. The kids who mow the lawn are paid in canned food. A guy down the street swaps homebrew beer and tobacco for raw materials to make more. The carpenter takes labor in kind in trade, or goods, and just acquired a used car cheap this way.

Look at their 1040s. Every single one includes a home-based business that generates massive deductions, if they even bother to file one. The end result is that these people have converted themselves from tax cash cows into tax-eaters. They buy almost nothing new, and are fixing those old gadgets, cars, heaters, air conditioners and water heaters, especially since the old ones work better anyway.

When you need someone to help out, you go hang out at the local watering hole that now serves homebrew beer and allows people to smoke again. The band tonight takes payment in home-grown vegetables and homemade beef jerky. People are buying what they need online with BitCoin or through swaps via Craigslist. There is a neighborhood website where further transactions take place.

Many are working part time. They spend the rest of the time doing something that others need, like fixing cars, making cabinets, wiring homes, hand-loading ammunition, giving legal advice, rebuilding air conditioners, and many more things that previously would have been handled with a phone call and a check.

Others have simply gone entirely off the path. They report no income, have no credit cards, transact everything with cash or trade, and have turned their backyards into gardens. You can hear chickens and sometimes goats even in the formerly staid halls of suburbia. These people realize that their government and society has turned against them, and they refuse to support it.

Inside the city, the new Americans are earning good money at big name jobs. Cosmopolitan, educated in that way that involves memorizing lots of procedures but having no analytical skills, cultureless and obsessed with products, these are the new consumers. They favor novelty over endurance and live in debt, dependent on their jobs.

But out in the burbs and beyond, people are rediscovering real life. They work every day but they work less, and they suffer no office politics or hours wasted on commuting. Their interactions are based on trust and mutual esteem. They know their neighbors. They are rediscovering culture, turning off the televisions and checking out of Facebook.

As government in the West winds down into an abyss of debt and dysfunction, people are finding ways to live normal and successful lives in the oldest meaning of the term “successful”: family, homestead, friends, culture, church and community.

They are going their own way because they know that democracy is falling apart, and they do not want to be like the city people, standing around wondering aloud how this could happen to them on their day off, when the cash machines stop working.
Title: Re: Future School: POVERTY BY SLOPPY THINKING (Get Smart Blog)
Post by: Luck on June 23, 2017, 09:03:59 am

Sloppy thinking (Part 2)

The major reason why we have rich and poor is that most people indulge in sloppy thinking about money.  For example the video at the bottom of this post shows the U.S. Bureau of Printing and Engraving, which prints all U.S. currency notes.

At ... 19:53 the video shows Tom Ferguson, who was Director of the U.S. Bureau of Printing and Engraving when the video was made in Dec 2005. Ferguson says that in order to remove the words “In God we trust” from currency notes, the printing plates would all have to be changed, and that this would, “Add to the cost of currency,” and…

Hold it.

The U.S. Bureau of Printing and Engraving has no “costs,” since the bureau creates $650 million dollars out of thin air every day (and the Federal Reserve shreds over $500 million worth of old worn-out notes every day.)

If something “costs” a dollar, then I must surrender a dollar to buy it. However the Bureau of Printing and Engraving does not surrender money. It creates money. Therefore it has no “costs.” Neither does the U.S. government. The words “cost” and “save” is for entities that cannot create money out of thin air.

And this silliness about “cost” is from the bureau’s director! I suppose this should not surprise us, since most people who work for the U.S. Treasury are likewise confused regarding the nature and function of money. Popular columnist Paul Craig Roberts has a PhD in economics, and was an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury – and yet Roberts still thinks the U.S. government borrows its spending money, and therefore has a “national debt crisis.”

By the way, the bureau periodically alters the plates to thwart counterfeiters, and does not have to worry about “costs.” Also, currency notes must change every time there is a new U.S. Treasury Secretary, since his signature appears on the notes.

What all of this shows is that people fail to understand money because they confuse themselves with contradictory assertions. This is why we have rich and poor.

"The U.S. government creates as much money as it likes out of thin air."
"The U.S. government is near bankruptcy."

This contradiction is idiotic.

Some people rationalize their idiocy by falsely claiming that all dollars are lent into existence by banks. Therefore the U.S. government must borrow all its dollars. Therefore the U.S. government is “near bankruptcy.” Therefore the U.S. government must impose austerity on us. It must privatize.

Once you fall into this mental error (about banks creating all dollars) you cannot be saved by anyone except yourself.

Other people rationalize their idiocy by compounding it. They admit that yes, the U.S. government could create all the money it liked out of thin air, but if it did, then everyone would want things like Universal Medicare and a Basic Guaranteed Income. Everyone would sit on their yachts, enjoying life like rich people do. This would be evil.

Still other people rationalize their idiocy by simply shutting down. They admit that yes, the U.S. government can create all the money it likes out of thin air, but the U.S. government is nonetheless “bankrupt.” Why? It just is. Politicians and the corporate media outlets say so. And they never lie. Right?

Speaking of sloppy thinking, at 43:40 the video claims that, “Money used to get its value from gold.” Wrong. Money never got its value from gold. On the contrary, gold has always gotten its value from money. If there was no money, then a ton of gold would not be worth a cent. When the U.S. government first started using standardized dollars in 1865, it pretended that dollars were “backed” by gold in order to make people habituated to using dollars. The amount of dollars created always far exceeded the market value (in dollars) of available gold. In 1971 the U.S. government finally did away with this pretense, but many people still delude themselves that gold is the only “real” money, even though gold was never money. Nor did gold ever physically “back” money. Gold is a commodity. The “gold standard” was merely a gimmick; a pretense.

... After [a while], the video finally gets it right. At 44:18 the narrator says, “The U.S. dollar is only valuable because we say it is.”

Exactly. A dollar is worth a dollar of “full faith and credit” of the U.S. government, plus every person in the world who thinks a dollar is worth a dollar.

Then the video says that if the U.S. government created more money than it creates now, it would cause inflation. Wrong. It would only cause inflation if there was a shortage of things to spend the extra money on. There is no such shortage in the USA. All of us want more dollars, so we can buy more stuff.

Then at 44:50 the video notes that some people think that pennies are obsolete, while other people disagree, saying the U.S. government cannot monetarily “afford” to eliminate pennies. That is, since it “costs” the U.S. government 0.7 cents to make a penny, the government is “making money” off pennies.

Here again is the silly nonsense about the U.S. government having “costs,” and needing to “profit” in money that the U.S. government creates out of thin air.

This kind of bullshit is what sustains poverty and inequality.

... True money only exists in the human mind, and is represented by coins and bills, and by bank account numbers.

I said the U.S Bureau of Printing and Engraving creates $650 million a day out of thin air. Technically I was not correct. The Bureau creates pieces of paper. When the Fed sends the paper to a bank, the bank logs those pieces of paper as money, but the paper notes themselves are, as you observed, just pieces of paper.

Thanks for the sharp observation. My point was that money is limitless. When someone robs a bank, and gets away with currency notes, we pretend that he has stolen something that is difficult to replace.

‘Paul Craig Roberts has a PhD in economics, and was an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury – and yet Roberts still thinks the U.S. government borrows its spending money, and therefore has a “national debt crisis.”’

Even though PCR claims Michael Hudson is the world’s greatest economist (wrong, but Hudson is hands down better than 99.9%), Roberts somehow continues to cling to the bullshit “Positive Money” charade. Unbelievable.

A treasury bond IS a dollar (w/ a coupon)-the govt creates them out of thin air-they are 100% US dollars, what’s not to understand Mr. Paul Craig Roberts?!

Stop with the pictures of she-devil herself, the delusional Ms. Ellen Brown. (Just kidding.)

elizabethharris001: June 14, 2017 at 8:16 am

Ellen means well, but I cannot make her see the light. Believe me, I tried.
Thanks for commenting.

A Treasury security is basically a Certificate of Deposit (CD). You are paid interest for leaving your money in a savings account for an agreed-to amount of time. Your money is on loan to the bank. It is both a debt and an asset for the bank. If you withdraw your money early, you don’t get the interest. While your money is in the savings account, it cannot be spent, and therefore it assumes the status of “reserves” for the bank. In regular banks, CD’s are insured by the FDIC. With the Fed, T-securities are insured by the Fed itself (or if you prefer, insured by the U.S. government). The Fed has $20 trillion in reserves (i.e. deposits).

Of course, none of this is physical. It’s all just numbers on spreadsheets.

Regarding Michael Hudson, I agree with most of what he says, but Hudson too is confused about the “national debt.” Hudson is, however, correct about what I call the “financialization” of the economy. That is, there are two economies: the financial economy and the real economy. The financial economy entails rentiers, private debt, speculative markets, and making money from money. It is a deadly parasite on the real economy, which is the realm of buying and selling goods and services in the conventional way.

The differences between the two economies are something that Rodger Mitchell has never been able to grasp.

Beaner: June 15, 2017 at 9:30 pm

In my humble opinion, calling proponents of MMT “clowns” is counterproductive; the political climate is already FUBAR and insulting/mocking the people who agree with you on major issues (e.g. the federal gov is not broke) will not get us anywhere.

elizabethharris001: June 16, 2017 at 10:10 am

Thanks for visiting and commenting. MMT people’s understanding of money is 99.5% correct. Unfortunately they don’t want to take the final step (the remaining 0.5%). For example, they cling to absurdities such as their “taxes drive money” mantra.

Oh well.

Wow. Eliz. Harris sounds smart. I’ll have to look for more of her info and encourage governments to heed her advice. What about “sovereign money”? Is it on the right track?

Correcting Michael Hudson

[You seem to be expert, so I'll copy the following to the FreeStateProject forum. My questions and comments are in brackets.]

Crashes and depressions can be eased via increased government spending. However politicians want to reduce government spending (on things that help everyday people) in order to maintain mass slavery to the bankers.

Keep in mind that banks create credit (i.e. loans) out of thin air, just as the U.S. government creates dollars out of thin air. Financial bubbles consist of banks creating more and more credit out of thin air until the debt cannot be paid, at which point the bubble pops. This is how the “business cycle” operates. When an unmanageable debt load causes the “business cycle” to crash, the damage can be eased via government “counter-cyclical” spending. But neoliberals and their puppet politicians don’t want government spending. They want to keep us enslaved, even if it destroys the real economy. ...

(Quote) Steve Keen’s model shows that a long buildup of {private} debt creates the appearance of prosperity until the crash comes. And when the crash comes, voters blame the party in power, not the earlier promoters of nationwide {private} debt peonage. (End Quote)

Everyone is happy as long as the bubble is inflating [What bubble? Do you mean the increasing private debt? Why would borrowers be happy that their debt is increasing?]. Then Wall Street insiders bet that the bubble will pop, and they make it pop. In this way they make money on the inflation and on the deflation [How about explaining that too, how they make money both ways?], while the rest of us sink into a depression.

By 2008, the financial bubble was due to burst sooner or later. Therefore top-ranked insiders on Wall Street and in the US Treasury intentionally caused the financial bubble to burst by allowing Lehman Brothers to collapse. They had bet that the bubble would burst, and then they made it burst so they could collect a fortune. [It's not clear what a bubble is and what bursting a bubble is. Can you clarify?]

"The needed escape from the private debt deflation is a private debt write-down."

Coupled with a reversal of gratuitous austerity via a massive increase in U.S. government spending.

And now Hudson screws up… ...
{He spouts} NONSENSE. The only solution for the endless cycle of credit bubbles and crashes is to make all banks publicly owned. Banks are an essential public service, like police, fire departments, utilities, schools, prisons, and the military. No essential public service should ever be privately owned. ...

{Hudson spouts} MORE NONSENSE. Why give out money to pay the bankers? Why not break up the banks and make them all public? ...

It’s coming sooner or later. The neoliberal Empire cannot withstand the endless growth of the neoliberal debt cancer. Extinction is only a matter of time.

[I guess you're talking about private debt increasing as a cancer. What or who exactly will go extinct and how? Dave of X22 Report on Youtube says the big banks are ready to crash the economy & so is Trump, but Trump wants to start it up again on a sound footing, while the bankers want a sort of feudal system, I guess. Hudson predicts a slow "crash". Ellen Brown said anyone can start a bank. So is part of the solution to have local small governments start banks, making the local residents the owners? What's the solution to getting the military-industrial complex under the people's control so they stop war-mongering?]

Title: Re: Future School: Russia's Putin (Get Smart Blog)
Post by: Luck on July 30, 2017, 11:40:52 pm

Putin may be falsely accused, just as Trump is
Assassination of Anna Politkovskaya
On 10 October 2006, 2,000 demonstrators called Putin a "murderer" during his visit to Dresden, Germany.[25][26][27] Putin replied: "This journalist was indeed a sharp critic of the present Russian authorities...but the degree of her influence over political life in Russia was extremely insignificant. She was well-known in journalistic circles, among human rights activists, in the West. I repeat, her influence over political life in Russia was minimal.[28] And in my opinion murdering such a person certainly does much greater damage from the authorities' point of view, authorities that she strongly criticized, than her publications ever did."[29][30][31]
When most people accuse Putin of killing “journalists and political opponents”, they mean Politkovskaya, killed in 2006, and the opposition leader and former deputy prime minister Boris Nemtsov, killed in 2015. Allegations that Putin was behind the killing of Politkovskaya and Nemtsov do exist – but very few people with knowledge of the cases believe them. What they do believe is that Politkovskaya and Nemtsov were killed by associates of Ramzan Kadyrov, the violent dictator of Chechnya. In the Nemtsov case, the evidence for the involvement of people close to Kadyrov is overwhelming. In the Politkovskaya case, it is more circumstantial (and with Politkovskaya there is considerable evidence of other efforts to harm her, including an earlier poisoning attempt that looked more like a government operation), but still the most likely scenario. And yet Kadyrov’s involvement does not absolve Putin, because Kadyrov works for Putin.

Christian persecution
One of Putin’s most recent controversial moves happened in July 2016 when Putin signed a set of laws, known as the Yarovaya laws, billed as anti-terrorism that banned evangelizing outside of designated religious locations. Based on the law, which has already resulted in religious figures being arrested, inviting friends or strangers to church in any way would be subject to criminal punishment. The laws would require foreign missionaries to have a permit from Russian officials to even speak at a church.

Represent Us
You should join Represent.Us: against corruption.
Here are their Wins:
They're fairly non-partisan. They have some videos that explain how corruption works and how to reduce or end corruption.

They favor the Anticorruption Act:
That act seems pretty good, but it doesn't cover prevention of hacking voting machines etc.

They have chapters throughout the country. You can join one, or start a new one closer to you.

I signed this (only one week left): Petition Supreme Court to end partisan gerrymandering

Represent.US favors, as do I, Ranked Choice Voting To End the 2 major political parties' stranglehold on our elections and prevent the Spoiler Effect that lets major party candidates win with only 34% of the vote

This is an urgent message! Read this and spread the word! Subject: Foreign Trade Zones. This is unbelievable at first, but you will soon realize that there are several motives for the global communists to physically weave our United States territory together with communist China. Read On! Here's what is going on!
Each and every one of our state governors has approved and allocated a certain amount of acres of their U.S. state land to be inhabited by Chinese communists --communists straight from China! They are to set up little towns and live here, supposedly for the purpose of producing Chinese products for sale in the U.S.A. The land the states are giving them for their little towns will be considered "foreign territory"!!! We are told that the laws of the state (in which these Chinese communists dwell) will apply to the communist Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). Comment: If so, why are they allowed in here!??! Isn't the whole set up unlawful??? There are 257 of these little communist towns to be built all over the United States. Go to this website and see the list of the states, and how many FTZ's are to be erected in each and every state! Our nation is being peppered all over with these communist closed towns called "zones"! This insane brainstorm by Washington, D.C. officials was just recently discovered by alert citizens in the State of Idaho, where an FTZ is being built there, just south of Boise, Idaho, possibly 30,000 acres of Idaho is going to be used for that FTZ. Check this site quickly before it is removed:

When you get to this website, be prepared by having enough paper to print 40 pages, listing all the FTZ's to be built over the whole United States! 257 of these FTZ's! It is absolute insanity!! How gullible are we??? The excuse given for creating communist towns all over our nation is that these Chinese people will produce products for sale in the United States, and the FTZ will eliminate overseas shipping costs of the products they create! A bizarre excuse!!! Can't we manufacture our own products anymore with American workers? How foolish are we to allow this??? Remember the hard-learned lesson taught to gullible people back in ancient times, when the Trojan Horse was built and they pulled it past their protective gates??? Do we Americans look THAT STUPID to the Chinese and to our Washington,D.C. leaders???

It will not mean jobs for Americans. All the help will be Chinese! Besides, it is to be classed as "foreign territory", remember! You won't know what is really going on inside the enclave. Is there any danger for Americans to allow this? What do you think?!!!

It is a known fact that China has been preparing for war against the United States! Many guns are pointed at us. Why should these FTZ's be allowed??? What is the real reason?? Is it that Washington, D.C. needs foreign help to disarm American citizens (who have privately-owned firearms) so that the federal administration can comply with Public Law 87-297, signed into law by J.F. Kennedy for "general and complete disarmament of the United States"? It is a law continually financed by Washington, D.C. That's the law that calls for us to have no more army, no more navy, and no more air force, all of which is to be transferred over on a permanent basis to the communist-dominated United Nations! That law also prohibits all firearms from being owned by American citizens!

Without firearms, there will be no more liberty, freedom, or justice in government. Guns are the main core of the check and balance system. Our nation's founders realized that firearms in the possession of the people are the indispensible safeguard upon which all of the other rights in the "Bill of Rights" depend! That's why the Second Amendment was meant to be honored, treasured, and preserved!

Some people are wondering if the American land in these FTZ's is being given as collateral for the huge debt we owe to China? Some people are asking: "Does China own us and is our land collateral in case we don't pay the debt?" China is allowing American businesses to get established in China as FTZ's. Americans must build the structures in China, and they must employ all Chinese people to do the work in what is built there. After a short amount of years, the Americans must vacate, leave the buildings and let the Chinese keep the technology and the active operation as on-going. What this amounts to is transferring American technology and management to communist China.

FTZ's are also known as SEZ's (Special Economic Zones) Please relay this information to all your friends. Someone has to answer for this on state and federal levels! What a set-up for sabotage, espionage, and a study on how to take over the whole United States in a war! Because the newspapers and other media are controlled, they will not be reporting on this unless there is a great public outcry. Remember when being a communist was a punishable crime in the U.S.A. My, how we have changed! Complete reversal. Best to take this information to local public officials as well as all your contacts. Please do not delay spreading this information. "Worthless” dollars (that Ended the Great Depression)

... During the 1920s, big Wall Street financial firms became over-leveraged. They became too indebted to each other. The collapse of key institutions caused a chain reaction that spread to other institutions. In 1932 the U.S. government passed the Glass–Steagall Act to separate commercial and investment banking, and thereby prevent another crash. In 1999 the U.S. government repealed Glass–Steagall, which led to the crash of 2008.
_Back in the 1930s the crash of the Wall Street firms did not affect Main Street as badly as most people believe. (Main Street meaning the real economy, as opposed to Wall Street and the financial economy.) By 1936 the real economy was almost back on track. Roosevelt’s New Deal was working. Production, profits, and wages had regained their 1929 levels.
_This infuriated the rich financiers, who saw themselves as gods (just as they do today). “How dare the U.S. government take control of the economy? That’s our job! The government is actually reducing unemployment!”
_Right-wing “free market” neoliberals started whining that the New Deal was killing their profits, and “bankrupting” the U.S. government. They began a mass propaganda campaign saying that the U.S. government ran on loans and on tax revenue. They used a combination of bribes and threats to make their puppet politicians and the corporate media outlets start demanding a balanced federal budget. Joining the chorus was U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Morgenthau Jr.
_Roosevelt tried to fight back, but in 1937 the U.S. Congress cut deficit spending to zero, which caused a severe recession. Wages, employment, and manufacturing plummeted. Millions of Americans lost their jobs, their homes, and their farms. Industrial production declined almost 30 percent. Durable goods production fell even faster. The Dust Bowl made conditions worse still in the Midwest.
_This delighted the financiers and “free market” neoliberals. Meanwhile the corporate media outlets brainwashed the public to blame their suffering on Roosevelt. “See? This is what happens when the government goes socialist!”
_Wikipedia gets the following part correct…
In November 1937 Roosevelt decided that big business was trying to ruin the New Deal by causing another depression that voters would react against by voting Republican. Roosevelt called it a capital strike, and he ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation to look for a criminal conspiracy.
_A capital strike is when owners withdraw capital from a company in order to get concessions from workers. A labor strike is when employees withdraw work from a company in order to get concessions from owners.  In the USA, gratuitous austerity is a nationwide capital strike perpetrated by the federal government.
_Roosevelt unleashed a rhetorical campaign against monopoly power, which he said was the cause of the new crisis. Ickes* attacked automaker Henry Ford, steelmaker Tom Girdler, and the super-rich “Sixty Families” who comprised an industrial oligarchy. (*Harold L. Ickes was U.S. Secretary of the Interior from 1933 to 1946, and was responsible for implementing much of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “New Deal.”)
_Left unchecked, Ickes warned, the oligarchs would create “big-business Fascist America — an enslaved America.” Roosevelt appointed Robert Jackson as the aggressive new director of the antitrust division of the Justice Department, but this effort lost its effectiveness once World War II began and big business was urgently needed to produce war supplies. But the Administration’s other response to the 1937 dip that stalled recovery from the Great Depression had more tangible results.
_Ignoring the requests of the Treasury Secretary Morganthau, and responding to the urgings of Keynesian economists and others in his administration, Roosevelt embarked on an antidote to the depression, abandoning his efforts to balance the budget and launching a $5 billion spending program in the spring of 1938 in an effort to increase mass purchasing power. Roosevelt explained his program in a fireside chat in which he told the American people that it was up to the government to “create an economic upturn” by making “additions to the purchasing power of the nation.”
_Today you would never hear anyone say that. Today everyone claims that the U.S. government is “bankrupt.” Republicans claim it in order to attack social programs that help average Americans. Democrats claim it at the behest of their rich owners, and also so that Democrats can pretend to be our “only protection” from Republicans. And average people claim it for various reasons that I have discussed in other blog posts.
_In connection with this,  see the following cartoons about “printing money.” Then I want to comment on them.
_These cartoons are stupid. On one hand, people believe the lie that money is physical and scarce. On the other hand, people complain that the U.S. government (or the Fed) is creating too much money out of thin air. One cartoon above shows Obama (i.e. the U.S. government) printing too much money. Two other cartoons show the Fed doing it — as though money created out of thin air is “worthless.”
_So which is it? Is there no money? Or is there too much money? If money is “worthless,” then why are we all so desperate to get more of it?
_Confusion and self-contradiction are part of what I call the peasant mind-set, or the slave mind-set.
_Put more bluntly, most people are peasants because, collectively speaking, they are bullshitters.  They bullshit themselves and each other.  Money is scarce, yet money is too plentiful. That’s bullshit.

The wise lady at (which she hasn't updated since Xmas) said sovereign money is like play money in the game, Monopoly. It can be created at any time it's needed by the bank in the game. So I decided to see if I can make a similar game that might demonstrate that sovereign money would work just as well as she explained on her blog. She said taxes aren't needed by any sovereign government that has sovereign money, because the money is created whenever needed by the government. The government would act like the bank in the Monopoly game. So I'll try to remember the rules of the Monopoly game and then see if I can assemble similar rules for a liberal-libertarian utopia game.

Monopoly Game Rules:
1. Everyone get an allowance;
2. Invest in properties by being lucky;
3. Pay property owners when unlucky;
4. Take a turn in jail when very unlucky;
5. Go broke with really bad luck;
6. 1 player gets everyone's money if very lucky; everyone else dies poor.

Liberal-Libertarian Utopia Game Rules:
1a. Founders (=All Residents) start Town;
1b. All Residents own equal parts of town land and infrastructure;
1c. All Residents own adjacent land to grow new separate town/s;
1d. All Residents own Bank business;
2a. All Residents rent lands to businesses;
2b. All Residents own shares of businesses;
2c. Some Residents start businesses;
3a. Workers (= some of the Residents) receive salaries from bank and businesses;
3b. Bank workers (= some more of the Residents) create money for loans & to pay dividends;
4. All Residents receive dividends and rent from bank and businesses;
5. Residents buy goods & services from businesses;
6. All Residents prosper.

Cryptocurrency and/or blockchain can be used for money along with USDs and local currency.

_I've organized Mathis' Update Papers Index into 4 posts, the last showing the most important papers IMO.
_Mathis has been writing these papers for several years, mostly since 2010, and is still writing.
_He seems to be extremely good at detecting deception in historical and news events etc, via logical analysis, including photo analysis.
_Many conclusions are tentative, but most seem rather probable in light of his fairly thorough analyses.
_I guess his overall finding is that clever aristocratic Jews intentionally intermarried with European aristocrats at least since the Middle Ages where they have now gained large-scale control of most or all nations, which they exploit for maximum profit and power.
_They have become experts at deception and have faked many major events and used false flags to make it appear that others were responsible for their actions.
_I recommend especially the papers on Watergate at
and the Occult at
_Mathis does genealogical study of many of the people discussed in his papers, which generally are not of much interest to me, but I skim through until I find more interesting reading.

New History Lies: Nabokov, Stephen Hawking, Alamo
- [This site shows that most historical events have been faked or managed.]
[See also from prior post
and ]

[Alamo fake is plausible because I heard good evidence on "Ancient America", I think, a few months ago that Davy Crockett returned to his farm after the Alamo event]
[Here are the last two paragraphs of this article.]
I’ll wrap this paper up by saying that if the Texas Revolution was a real, grassroots revolution, the Republic of Texas wouldn’t have handed itself over to the U.S. ten years later without any protest. These people supposedly fought long and hard to win their sovereignty. What reason did they have to give it all up by voting to approve their own annexation? It reminds us of the French Revolution, which resulted in France being handed right back to the Bourbons. The last President of Texas, who facilitated its annexation to the U.S., was Anson Jones.** That name should tip you off to the fact that he was related to all the other phony revolutionaries – Travis, Bowie, Lamar, Crockett – proving the entire revolution was managed by the same families from beginning to end. Once the Alamo finished serving its purpose as a false flag, the governors no longer had any use for Texas as its own country. It’s much easier to manage one large nation than several little nations, anyway. It cuts down on overhead costs.
I frequent several libertarian websites, where I often encounter commenters from Texas who like to talk big about secession. They often have the Texan or “Don’t Tread on Me” flag as their profile icons. Knowing what I now know (thanks to Miles and others), I feel sorry for these folks. They’ve been duped. They’ve been led to believe if they can only break off from the evil federal government and create their own libertarian utopia, they’ll finally be free. They don’t understand that the enemy is already inside the camp. They think that to attain freedom, they need only rearrange the borderlines on the map. If only it were that easy. If you want real freedom, stop trying to use geopolitical means to achieve it. Take Miles’ advice. Stop buying the governors’ products. Stop watching their televised propaganda. Stop getting sucked into their social media rabbit holes. Stop wasting your time debating the minutiae of the non-aggression principle on masturbatory libertarian forums. Stop buying bitcoin. Base your life on something more substantial than making money. Live simply. [etc]

Etc. See Archives at

Mythfighter on Sovereign Money

Michael Hudson on Economics

Liz Harris said sovereign money is like play money in the game, Monopoly. So let's test that idea by making a similar game with the goal of making everyone prosperous, instead of making all but one poor.

Game1: Monopoly; Rules:
Two or more people are players;
Everyone get an allowance;
Take turns;
Invest in properties with luck;
Pay property owners with bad luck;
Take a turn in jail with bad luck;
Go broke with bad luck;
1 player get everyone's money with good luck.

Game2: Liberal-Libertarian Utopia; Rules:
Founders start Town with x Residents;
Residents own equal parts of town land;
Take turns;
Residents rent lands to businesses;
Residents own shares of businesses;
Residents receive dividends from bank or businesses;
Workers receive salaries from businesses;
Residents buy goods & services from businesses;
Residents own Bank business;
Bank create money as needed to pay Residents dividends;
Residents hire bank manager & clerks to create money for loans & to pay dividends;
Residents own adjacent land to grow new separate town/s;
All Residents prosper.

What else needs to be added to make this game a proper experiment or simulation?

I first wrote about this at Free Town Project: PRACTICE ECONOMICS GAMES

The epic mistake about manufacturing that's cost Americans millions of jobs
_Economists have long been aware that computers and electronics, a relatively small sector of manufacturing, has powered much of manufacturing’s growth in output over the past few decades. But until 2009, no one had connected this fact to the puzzling paradox of surging manufacturing output alongside dwindling employment. That’s when Susan Houseman and her colleagues first took a crack at it—and, in the process, discovered something funny going on with data.
_She had been working with a team of Federal Reserve economists with access to more granular data than was publicly available, which allowed them to strip away the computers industry output from the rest of the data. That revealed just how the rest of manufacturing was doing—and it was much worse than what Houseman and her colleagues expected.
_In fact, according to Houseman’s data, without computers, manufacturing’s real output expanded at an average rate of only about 0.2% a year in the 2000s. By 2016, real manufacturing output, sans computers, was lower than it was in 2007.
_It’s not perfectly clear what, exactly, is the culprit behind relatively anemic growth in manufacturing output. But the signs indicate trade and globalization played a much more significant role than is commonly recognized.
_Another important paper ... estimated that competition from Chinese imports cost the US as many as 2.4 million jobs between 1999 and 2011.
_There are also observable signs that automation wasn’t to blame. Consider the shuttering of some 78,000 manufacturing plants between 2000 and 2014, a 22% drop.
_Then there’s the fact that there simply aren’t that many robots in US factories, compared with other advanced economies.
_“We didn’t have the intelligent debates about what was going on with trade, etc., because a lot of people were just denying there was any problem, period.”
_Two decades of complacency among US leaders gave companies in Asia and other emerging export bases time to create world-class factories and robust supply chains. Tellingly, even as the real output of the computers subsector has appeared to grow astonishingly quickly, the sector has been steadily losing market share to Asian competitors, according to a 2014 paper
_[Trump's] campaign ignited a vitally important national conversation on the relationship between US trade policies and manufacturing’s decline. Since he took office, however, Trump has paid minimal attention to boosting US manufacturing. Instead, he’s favored counterproductive protectionism and ignored currency manipulation, preferring the punitive over the constructive.

Do you know more than a university economist? Now you will
Friday, Jul 6 2018

Federal finances are much different from state & local government finances, and different from business and your personal finances.

Many people find the federal government’s finances to be counter-intuitive, because the federal government is Monetarily Sovereign, while state & local governments, businesses, and people themselves are monetarily non-sovereign.

The purpose of today’s post is to demonstrate a step-by-step logical progression, that will make federal financing more intuitive and defendable.

All science begins with certain propositions or axioms that in themselves, cannot be proved, but are assumed to be true. From these axioms flow the conclusions of the science.

For example, in Euclidian (plane) geometry, there are five propositions:

1. A straight line may be drawn between any two points.
2. Any straight line may be extended infinitely.
3. A circle may be drawn with any given point as center and any given radius.
4. All right angles are equal.
5. For any given point not on a given line, there is exactly one line through the point that does not meet the given line.

None of the above can be proved. They are statements that are felt to be self-evident. From these statements, all of plane geometry flows.

For millions of earth’s years, there was no U.S. government and no U.S. dollar. Finally, in 1792, a group of men arbitrarily created certain laws out of thin air. Like all laws, these laws had no physical existence. They were mere concepts.

The laws created, also from thin air, a legal entity known as “The United States dollar.” Although some U.S. dollars are represented by printed paper, dollars themselves have no physical existence. Dollars are nothing more than bookkeeping entries.

The men who created the U.S. dollar created as many dollars as they wished. They could have created many more or fewer.

The original dollar arbitrarily was given a value related to 371 grains of silver, and since then, Congress and the President have retained the power to give the dollar any value they chose.

Just as a car title is not a car, and a house title is not a house, the dollar bill, being a title to a dollar, is not in itself a dollar. The vast majority of U.S. dollars are not represented by paper dollar bills.  All dollars — indeed all forms of money —  are nothing more than bookkeeping records.

The popular belief that gold or silver are money or once were money, is false. Gold never has been money. It is a barter commodity. In world history, many commodities have been used for barter: Cattle, horses, wheat, diamonds, land, buildings, silk, etc., though none is money.

Money is the debt of an issuer. Dollars are the debt of the U.S. government. All debt has collateral, and the collateral for the U.S. dollar is the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. See: Full faith and credit.

Six propositions, a basis for U.S. Monetary Sovereignty, are bolded:

    All money is debt.
    (Money is a debt of its issuer, backed by the issuer’s full faith and credit. Debts are bookkeeping entries, having no physical existence.)
    The U.S. dollar bill is a title to a U.S. dollar, not a dollar in of itself.
    The U.S. Congress and the President retain the unlimited ability to create as many sovereign dollars as they wish.
    The U.S. dollar, like all commodities, is valued according to its Supply and Demand [Value = Demand/Supply].
    (In 1971, President Richard Nixon arbitrarily decided that the Value of the dollar no longer would be related to gold or to silver, and the Supply of dollars no longer would be limited by the federal government’s Supply of gold or silver.)
    The Demand for a U.S. dollar is based on Risk and Reward. [Demand = Reward/Risk]
    The Risk of owning a dollar is inflation. The Reward for owning a dollar is interest.
    (The dollar not only is a “good” in its own right, but also is an exchange medium. Its market Value is related to the market Value of Goods & Services. The formula for the market Value of the dollar):
    Dollar Value = (Demand/Supply of dollars) / (Demand/Supply of goods & services)

The U.S. government is Monetarily Sovereign. It is sovereign over the dollar, and has the unlimited ability to create, destroy, or change the value of the dollar.

Other Monetarily Sovereign governments include Canada, Japan, China, Australia, and the UK.

Governments that are monetarily non-sovereign include those of euro nations, and U.S. cities, counties and states. These governments do not have the unlimited ability to create their sovereign currency, as they have no sovereign currencies.

They can run short of money and be unable to pay their financial obligations.

The six propositions lead to the following conclusions:

    Every form of money is “fiat,” i.e. created by the fiat of an issuer. (Contrary to popular belief, “fiat” does not mean “paper” as opposed to gold. There is no “paper” money, nor is gold money. Unlike barter commodities, money has no physical existence. )
    The U.S. government can pay any obligation denominated in U.S. dollars. It is impossible for the U.S. government unintentionally to run short of its own sovereign currency.
    No agency of the U.S. government can run short of U.S. dollars unless that is the intent of Congress and the President. (This includes such agencies as the White House, the Supreme Court, the military branches, Social Security, and Medicare.)
    The U.S. government neither needs nor uses tax dollars nor borrowing to pay its bills. (Because the Monetarily Sovereign U.S. government cannot unintentionally run short of its own sovereign currency, it has no need to obtain dollars from outside sources.)
    FICA does not pay for Social Security of Medicare benefits. (Even if FICA  were $0, the government could pay unlimited benefits, forever.)
    The federal government does not borrow. (It accepts deposits in Treasury Security accounts. It does not use the dollars in those accounts. The dollars remain in the accounts until maturity, at which time they are returned to the account owner.)
    Deposits in T-security accounts provide a safe depository for U.S. dollars (which stabilizes the dollar), and assist the Fed with its interest rate (and inflation) controls.
    Raising interest rates increases the Demand for dollars (to purchase dollar-denominated debt.)
    All dollars received by the U.S. government are destroyed upon receipt. (They disappear from any money supply measure.)
    There are two ways to create dollars and two ways to destroy dollars:
    Create Dollars
    I. Lend dollars
    II. Federal deficit spending
    Destroy Dollars:
    I. Pay off a loan
    II. Federal taxation
    Lending creates dollars. When a loan is supported by a loan document owned by the lender, the loan document is money. Like a dollar bill, it represents dollars owned by the lender, while the borrower receives new dollars. That is the difference between a loan and a payment. Though both are transfers of dollars, loans create new dollars, payments do not.
    Federal spending creates dollars. To pay a creditor, the federal government sends instructions (not dollars) to the creditor’s bank, instructing the bank (“Pay to the order of”) to increase the balance in the creditor’s checking account. The instant the bank obeys those instructions, new dollars are created an added to the money supply (M1).
    Paying off a loan destroys dollars.  It reduces or eliminates the value of the loan document owned by the lender.
    Federal taxes destroy dollars. They remove dollars from all measures of the nation’s money supply.
    State and local taxes do not destroy dollars. These taxes are held in private bank accounts (M1 and M2), from which the state and local governments take them for paying creditors.
    The purpose of federal tax dollars is to control private spending (i.e. “sin” taxes, tax deductions for businesses, etc.)
    The Social Security and Medicare “trust funds” are bookkeeping fictions. (In private-sector trust funds, receipts are deposited and invested. In federal trust funds, receipts are recorded and removed from the nation’s money supply. Spending creates new dollars, ad hoc.)(Medicare Part A supposedly is paid by a fictional “trust fund,” while Medicare Parts B and D are paid out of the Treasury’s “General Fund.” The Medicare “trust fund” supposedly is running short of money; the General Fund never can run short of money.)
    The formula for Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is: Federal Spending + Non-federal Spending + Net Exports.
    Federal deficit spending stimulates GDP growth by adding dollars to the economy, i.e. by increasing Federal Spending and Non-federal Spending.
    Reductions in federal deficit spending lead to recessions. (Vertical bars are recessions. Red line is deficit spending.)
    Recessions are cured by increases in deficit spending.
    Decreases in federal debt lead to depressions.
    1804-1812: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 48%. Depression began 1807.
    1817-1821: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 29%. Depression began 1819.
    1823-1836: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 99%. Depression began 1837.
    1852-1857: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 59%. Depression began 1857.
    1867-1873: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 27%. Depression began 1873.
    1880-1893: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 57%. Depression began 1893.
    1920-1930: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 36%. Depression began 1929.
    1997-2001: U. S. Federal Debt reduced 15%. Recession began 2001
    The Federal Reserve controls inflation via interest rate control. (Interest rates support Demand for dollars.)
    The primary cause of inflation has been an insufficient Supply of goods, not an excessive Supply of dollars.(Most modern inflations have been related to a shortage of oil. Every hyperinflation also has been caused by a shortage, usually a shortage of food.)
    Despite endless concerns that the federal “debt” (deposits in T-security accounts)) may be a “ticking time bomb,“ the federal government has no difficulty servicing its “debt” and inflation has averaged close to the Fed’s 2.5% target.
    Red line is federal “debt.” Blue line is inflation.
    The commonly referenced federal Debt/GDP ratio has no function or meaning. It does not indicate economic health, nor does it indicate the federal government’s ability to service its obligations (which is infinite).
    Interest rate increases are economically stimulative. They force the federal government to pump more interest dollars into the economy.
    A trade deficit is more beneficial to a Monetarily Sovereign nation’s economy than is a trade surplus. In a trade deficit, the Monetarily Sovereign entity receives scarce goods and services, while sending money it has the infinite ability to create from thin air. In a trade surplus, the Monetarily Sovereign nation, receives money it doesn’t need in exchange for goods and services it must create by valuable labor and scarce resources.
    People stimulate GDP by being creators, producers and consumers. Political entities (nations, cities, counties, states) that have net immigration grow compared with entities that have net emigration. GDP is a spending measure; adding immigrants increases government and private spending.
    Federal anti-poverty spending is economically stimulative. It increases the nation’s money supply, and it helps the poor population to be more creative and productive.
    Bigotry is economically depressive. Bigotry marginalizes a population (a gender, a race, a religion, a sexual preference) and prevents that population from being as productive as it otherwise could be.
    The sole purpose of government is to improve the lives of the people.  Liberals think the purpose of government is to protect the poor and powerless from the rich and powerful. Conservatives think the purpose of government is to protect the rich and powerful from the poor and powerless.

In answer to the title question, now you know more than most university economists. Read the “Ten Steps” below, and you’ll know even more.

Part 1 of 3 [1a. Bundy's; 1b. Bundy's; 2. Zuckerberg's]

1a. Bundy Ranch Standoff Fake

[Mathis is good at asking questions that most of us don't think to ask most of the time.]

Donald Trump allegedly pardoned the Hammonds last week. I say allegedly because the whole story is part of a long running fake project. It concerns the Bundys and Hammonds in Oregon, as part of that whole highly publicized series of standoffs going back to 2014. It is supposed to be between cattlemen and the Feds, but it is another manufactured and staged play, meant to keep your eyes off other things. Trump didn't really need to pardon anyone, since this entire saga has been another hoax. I can tell this just from the names, and you should have caught those, too. Hammond and Bundy. Top families we have seen many times. The Hammonds we saw in my paper on Bob Dylan, since a Hammond was head of Columbia Records, being the man behind both Dylan and Leonard Cohen. The Bundys we saw in my paper on Ted Bundy, who spent some time in the Northwest, as we know. He was in nearby Washington state, pushing forward various projects in the 60s and 70s. He was at Washington State and then worked on Rockefeller's campaign in Seattle. He was actually a Rockefeller delegate in 1968. Amazingly, this links us back to Simon Cowell above, since Bundy is supposed to have been born as Theodore Cowell. What are the odds?

In that paper I linked Ted Bundy to McGeorge Bundy, a head of the CIA. So we have all sorts of obvious red flags in this story about the standoff in Oregon. The Bundys involved there are Ammon and Cliven Bundy. We get another clue very fast, since Cliven's wife is Carol Turner. Another name from the same families. Ammon Bundy was the leader of the occupation in Oregon, which is curious since before that he was a car fleet manager living in Arizona. His father Cliven Bundy was born in 1946, and these Bundys of Utah are related to Russells who came from Vermont in the mid-1800s. The CIA Bundys are also from Vermont, and Ted Bundy has links to Vermont—being born in Burlington. This means the Bundys in Utah are (posing as) Mormons. However, since the Mormons were created by Jews and now often act as a front for them, you see how it goes. These Bundys are also related to the Funks and Barnums. And, as LasVegasNow reported in 2016, they are also related to Abbotts and Leavitts. The Abbotts we have seen many times before in these hoaxed events, and Leavitt is an old Jewish name, a variation of Levy. The name Abbott also confirms my link to the east-coast CIA Bundys, since those Bundys had a branch that was part of the Boston Brahmins, along with the Abbotts. The Abbotts are not on the main Brahmin list at Wikipedia, but like the Bennetts, Ayres, Edsons, and several others, they either should be on the list or exist just off it. However, the name Dwight is on the Brahmin list, so keep that in mind. You are about to see it again.

Perhaps the best way to see that this was all staged is by the fact that all charges in the Bundy standoff were later dropped “due to prosecutorial misconduct”. Right. That's convenient, isn't it? It fits perfectly with all the other fake trials we have unwound. In the Malheur NWR occupation, Ammon Bundy was acquitted on all charges. My guess is these people didn't spend one minute in jail.

Here's another way you can tell it was fake. Go to the Wiki page for the Bundy standoff, and note that it began in April 2014 when armed protestors demanded their confiscated cattle back from BLM and local sheriffs. We are supposed to believe the Feds backed down, releasing the cattle. No arrests were made, no citations issued, and nothing was done about overdue grazing fees. Bundy took the cattle right back out onto the federal lands and continued to graze them, despite being forbidden by court order from doing so since 1998. Does that sound like a true story to you? The Feds just failed to enforce a court order for 16 years, and when they finally got around to confiscating the cattle, they just gave them back when Bundy and some friends showed up with guns? Sure. Even more risible is that we are told the BLM had cancelled a cattle roundup in 2012 when Bundy threatened them with violence. Funny, because I thought that threatening government officials with violence was a serious offense. According to this mainstream story, it isn't. We are told the County Sheriff's Dept. wouldn't help BLM because the court order had become “stale”. Really? We are supposed to believe that? We are supposed to believe the BLM, a federal agency, relies on the gunpower of local Sheriffs? BLM can't call in back-up from the FBI, the military or the National Guard? That's not what we were led to believe in Waco in 1993, was it? There we were taught that if you cross any federal agency they send in the stormtroopers and burn you up with your children, down to the last babe in swaddling clothes.

Another way you can tell it was fake? Two days after the confrontation of April 2014, Cliven Bundy appeared on both Sean Hannity's and Glenn Beck's national programs, demanding that locals “disarm the federal bureaucrats”. Right. Who believes this stuff? He calls for armed insurrection on national TV and we are supposed to believe the USGov just looks the other way? I encourage you to read the long Wikipedia page on this event and see if it makes any sense. That may be easier for you to do now that four years have passed.

Part 2 of 3 [1a. Bundy's; 1b. Bundy's; 2. Zuckerberg's]

More clues come from the linked Las Vegas shootings in June of 2014, where the Millers supposedly shot two police officers in cold blood at a pizza parlor. Guess what one of the officer's name was. . . Beck. A cousin of Glenn Beck, maybe? And who was Jerad Miller? An actor. The mainstream admits he was working as a street performer just before these events transpired. But that's not suspicious, is it? Ask yourself this: why are we not supposed to think this event was just another street performance, bankrolled this time by the Feds? Just three months earlier, he had—we are told—sent messages to the local DMV, threatening to kill anyone who showed up to arrest him for having a suspended driver's license. They are testing you again with that story. What is wrong with it? One, they don't show up at your house to arrest you for a suspended driver's license. They have to catch you driving illegally, don't they? If you don't want to get arrested, all you have to do is walk or ride your bike. Two, if you threaten State employees in any way, they send a sheriff out to arrest you. If you have a previous record—as Miller is supposed to have had—they not only charge you with the appropriate crime (assault, etc.), they keep you in jail as a precaution until the trial. Otherwise you might drive your car though the front glass at the DMV and hurt or kill someone. So, according to the given story, Miller shouldn't even have been on the street in June of 2014. He should have been in jail awaiting trial for threatening State workers.

More clues come from the other leader along with Ammon Bundy. His sidekick was named Ryan
Payne. Hmmm. A Payne involved. The Paynes are from the same families, aren't they? See Payne Stewart in my paper on Tiger Woods. They have been billionaires for generations, and are related to all the Presidents, including Abraham Lincoln.

Which brings us back to the Hammonds. The elder Hammond in this story is named Dwight Lincoln Hammond. I guess you caught that middle name. This confirms we have the right Hammonds, since the famous Hammonds are closely related to the Lincolns. For instance, John Hammond the Columbia head was the son of a Vanderbilt. With that in mind, go to the Wiki page for Amy Vanderbilt, where you will find one of her sons was Lincoln Gill Clark. All of those names are family names, and the Lincolns are closely related to the Clarks via the Todds. Mary Todd Lincoln's close relatives were Clarks. They don't want you to know this, which is why they scrub the Hammonds at They refuse to tell us the paternal grandparents of John Henry Hammond II. But we can walk around that easily, by going to Wiki, which has a page for a different James Henry Hammond. Yes, John Hammond Jr.'s father was named James Henry Hammond, which should look strange. How can John Henry Hammond be a II if his father is named James Henry Hammond? Anyway, the James Henry Hammond at Wiki is a generation or two too early, but the name can't be a coincidence. He is from the same family, being from South Carolina. His Hammonds are related to Fitzsimmons, Hamptons, and Fishers, telling us again we are on the right track. Anyway, this Hammond's parents were Elisha Hammond and Catherine Fox Spann. The name Fox again tells us we are in the right place. The Hamptons and Hammonds were among the wealthiest plantation owners in the South prior to the Civil War, and the Foxes are old Jewish money as well (though normally hiding behind Quakers).

I hope you also caught the first name of Hammond, which was Dwight. All three of his names are surnames, you see, and I reminded you above that Dwight was on the list of Boston Brahmins. Not a coincidence, as you now understand.

We can also link the Hammonds and the Bundys through the name Lincoln, since both are related to Lincolns. See William Lincoln Bundy, d. 1940, in the line of Cliven Bundy. He married a Burton whose sister married a Vanderpool. They are also related to MacArthurs, Reeds, and Lymans, which takes us back to the Boston Brahmins again. They are also related to the Iversons and Morrisons, including Walter Morrison who invented the frisbee. No doubt this takes us directly to Jim Morrison of the Doors and his father Admiral Morrison of the Gulf of Tonkin hoax.

This also links us to Phil Lyman, who was involved in the BLM fracas and allegedly sentenced to ten days in jail in 2015. If you remember, he was the San Juan County Commissioner, but nonetheless allegedly took the side of the protestors, becoming personally involved. He and others organized an ATV ride in Recapture Canyon in Utah. Well, his name is another red flag here. Like the Bundys, the Lymans are another prominent Boston Brahmin family going back centuries. This indicates that Lyman, the Hammonds, and the Bundys were all cousins, hired to appear in this stageplay by its directors.

Part 3 of 3 [1a. Bundy's; 1b. Bundy's; 2. Zuckerberg's]

2. Zuckerberg Free-speech Act

Also interesting to see that Randi Zuckerberg is criticizing her brother Mark this week for defending free speech. She is suggesting the US join some European countries in banning Holocaust denial. This is obviously a manufactured event, to allow her to do just that. No real people are outraged that Mark Zuckerberg defended Holocaust deniers, since there is nothing offensive about what he said. Free speech is nothing more than Constitutional law in the US, and always has been. The Zuckerbergs manufactured this whole controversy, just so that Randi could promote a ban on free speech. Which should be far more offensive to average Americans, and probably is. All the people in the media pretending to be outraged at Zuckerberg's comments are simply planted mouthpieces, and this entire event was manufactured and staged like everything else in the news. It indicates the fascists are feeling the heat, and their answer of course is to turn up the fascism. If people aren't buying the old lies, force them to buy the lies at gunpoint. It won't work, since the US can't pass a ban on any free speech or any idea without overturning the entire Constitution. Not even I believe they are about to do that. Since they can't do that, they are trying to do the next best thing: if you can't change the laws, change the customs. They are trying to change the way you think by hitting you with this 24-7 barrage of propaganda. They want to convince you that those who question the mainstream on any topic are bad people, so they hammer away at these stories day in day out. But it isn't working. Why isn't it working? Because in order for it to work, the masses have to trust/respect those doing the hammering. No one trusts the Zuckerbergs and no one ever will, so Randi Zuckerberg isn't a good spokeswoman. Her propaganda is worthless and it will never stick.

That can be said about all these people in the news now. Everyone can tell they are transparent fronts for the powers-that-be, so their words don't have any weight. They and their families have been caught lying over and over about everything, so why should anyone believe them about the Holocaust or anything else? The answer: no one does. It isn't just the Holocaust that people are denying these days, it is everything. Sensible people are seeing that nothing about recent history makes any sense, so why believe it? If it is full of contradictions and isn't believable, why believe it? Even if the government overturned the Constitution and banned questioning government stories, it wouldn't make any difference. It might prevent the publication of some ideas online, but it wouldn't prevent people from believing what they believe or talking to their neighbors. You can't legislate that.

That is the real problem of people like Randi Zuckerberg. Not only can you not police what people think, once you have lost their trust you can't even influence their thoughts anymore. The propaganda doesn't work anymore, and that is what really concerns them. But as I have said many time before, it is their own fault. They had a pretty good propaganda machine working up until 2001, but they broke it by their own actions. CIA allowed DHS to come in and use their tools, and DHS broke those tools. There have simply been too many flubbed projects since 2001, and that isn't the fault of any Holocaust deniers. That is the fault of Intel itself. The problem goes far beyond Holocaust denial, since they would also have to address 911 denial, Sandy Hook denial, Manson denial, Hitler denial, Lenin denial, Cold War denial, Bay of Pigs denial, Castro denial, Kennedy denial, Hawking denial, MLK denial, serial killer denial, and news denial. People don't believe the news anymore, period. So what are the governors going to do about that? Are they going to pass a law to force you to believe the news? How will that work?

I will be told they are preparing for the onset of a 1984-style control grid, but I don't think they are. If they are, they are going about it the wrong way. The time to slip into that scheme was back in the 1950s, when everyone believed what they were told. In that case, ramping up the propaganda and having it believed was at least a possibility. But as it now stands, there is no possibility the masses are going to fall for such a naïve scheme. They aren't going to sit in front of some large screen and buy even bigger lies than they are already being sold. You don't implement 1984 when everyone is already suspicious. You have to ease into that scenario from a position of trust. You can't blast into it from a position of distrust, because if your audience balks the whole plan fails from the first moment.

The governors already have a vast control grid in place, but the problem is it is failing. It relies on incredible levels of propaganda, but the lies aren't being swallowed. Successful propaganda requires trust, and all trust is gone. So the governors are now just relying on your inertia, which they make sure to supplement with as much drugging and confusion as possible. This is why they mothballed the just-say-no campaigns and switched to just-say-yes campaigns. This is why many States are legalizing marijuana and why they are watering down laws against other drugs. This is why they have made street mj much stronger. They are quite happy for you to be stoned out of your gourd. But of course you can counter that plan as well, by not buying the stuff. Stay lucid, friends, it is your only hope.

So, what will they do next? If the past is any indication, and it always is, they will continue to work undercover, scurrying about in the dark as much as possible. I don't expect to see them make any direct attack on your freedoms, since that would be counterproductive. Instead, they will try to continue to undermine your power and your sanity as much as possible. But once you know what they are up to, this is very difficult for them.

A different question: what should they do next? Well, since the current schemes aren't working, they should give them up completely and go another way. I am not suggesting they should turn themselves in and stand trial for all the crimes, since there is no chance that will happen. I am suggesting they should slowly ease into a plan B, by which they take the heat off themselves by taking the heat off of us. If they change their plan of governance from a plan of wholesale looting to a plan of beneficent governance, everyone will be happier, including them. Governors will always be rich, even under a plan of beneficence, but it doesn't have to be this obscene and dangerous level of wealth that lopsides the world and does no one any good. Surely it has occurred to them that after a certain point, wealth is just a meaningless column of numbers. Once you have a big house and four or five absurd automobiles and an even more absurd boat and college tuition for the kids, the rest is surplus. It doesn't do you any good and costs you more in lost freedom than it is worth as coinage. That is to say, after the first ten million or so, the wealth is just a burden. And yet these people have billions and sometimes trillions in the family, money just squirreled away in holes all over the world, doing nothing but earning meaningless interest. If they gave it all back they would never miss it. Indeed, they would sigh a big sigh of relief that they didn't have to guard it anymore. ...

What We Weren't Taught About Washington, D.C.

Historical Outline of Shadow Govt

U.S. the Worst Place in the Developed World to Give Birth, USA Today Investigation
By Andrea Germanos

A new USA Today investigation offers a searing indictment of maternal care in the United States, and says the country “is the most dangerous place in the developed world to give birth.”

“Deadly Deliveries,” the result of a four-year investigation, references federal data showing that more than 50,000 women are “severely injured” and roughly 700 die during childbirth each year. Perhaps even more staggering is that “half of these deaths could be prevented and half the injuries reduced or eliminated with better care,” the investigation found.

The findings, based on interviews with women and a trove of internal hospital records, “reveal a stunning lack of attention to safety recommendations and widespread failure to protect new mothers.”

Such failures often stem from inadequate or delayed responses to hemorrhages and dangerously high blood pressure.

A disturbing trend noted in the report: from 1990 to 2015, in most developed nations the number of maternal deaths per 100,000 births was steady or dropped. Not so in the U.S., where the figure soared. In Germany, France, Japan, England, and Canada the number had fallen to below 10 in the time frame. In the U.S., meanwhile, the figured soared to 26.4.

California, though, is an exception. The state’s maternal death rate fell by half—a drop attributed to it adopting “the gold standard” of safety measures.

Looking at the overall picture in the U.S., though, “it’s a failure at all levels, at national organization levels and at the local hospital leadership levels as well,” Dr. Steven Clark, a leading childbirth safety expert and a professor at Baylor College of Medicine, said to USA Today.

One of the investigative reporters, Alison Young, talked with “CBS This Morning” about the report. The investigation follows a related analysis out late last year by ProPublica. Affirming previous studies, its analysis found “that women who hemorrhage at disproportionately black-serving hospitals are far more likely to wind up with severe complications, from hysterectomies, which are more directly related to hemorrhage, to pulmonary embolisms, which can be indirectly related. When we looked at data for only the most healthy women, and for white women at black-serving hospitals, the pattern persisted.”
