NULLIFICATION TIME!! HCR19 passes the NH House!
The New Hampshire House of Representative approved a resolution Wednesday asserting the right of the state to nullify unconstitutional federal laws.

HCRs mean nothing.
'I resolve that the moon is green cheese'.
We have a dozen or so of these waste of times.

And its neither a legislative power nor duty... which with a little more focus they may discover.

The State's power is for its legislators to obey Part First Article Seven and keep their oath.
Anyone notice any dramatic cuts in the proposed budget to extra-constitutional expenditure?
Funny, I'm sure that I would have heard screaming from benefactors that would have made front page news.

Simply resolving that we don't like the 'strings attached', but fully except the funds from extra-constitutional expenditure... makes HCR19 just another hot air joke.
